Technical protocol for the irrigation of wine-breeding and wine-saving water

    1 scope

This document sets out the water requirements, irrigation system requirements, water recharge, operation management and system maintenance for water-saving irrigation on wine and wine plantations。

This document applies to the management of water-saving irrigation techniques at wine-breeding plantations in arid and semi-arid areas。

    2 normative citation documents

The content of the following documents constitutes an essential provision of this document through their normative references. Of which, the date of reference

Only the version corresponding to that date applies to this document; date-free references, the latest version (including all change orders) apply to this document

    Documentation。

Gb5084-2021 irrigated water quality standards for agricultural land

    Gb/t17420-2020 trace elemental lobe fertilizer

Gb50268-2008 drainage and sewerage proclamation for construction and acceptance

Gb/t50485-2009 technical regulation for micro-water engineering

Technical management protocol for irrigation and micro-irrigation engineering

    3 terminology and definitions

There are no terms and definitions to be defined in this document。

    4 water requirements

The quality of water used for irrigation shall be in accordance with gb5084-2021。

    5 irrigation system requirements

    5. 1 system requirements

Water-saving irrigation systems, consisting of water sources, primary hubs, pipeline networks, filtering equipment and water pumps, should satisfy the quality of water resources

    Controlled and efficient use。

    5. 2 irrigation methods

    Use drip irrigation。

    5. 3 drops

The design of drip irrigation should be at 2l/h ~ 4l/h。

    5. 4 water pump

    Db6111/t226-2024

The materials for water-saving irrigation pipes are suitable for pe, pvc polyethylene, pr, etc. Pipeline laying should be in line with gb50268-2008 and gb/t

    50485-2009 request。

    Six

Water-saving irrigation should begin at 30 d after flowering and end at maturity. During this period, the amount of single irrigation shall be 60 per cent of the quantity of conventional irrigation (available)

Single drip time control adjusted to the actual situation). The rest of the period is regular. The calculation of the amount of water to be pumped over different periods

    See appendix a。

    (a) before flowering. Irrigated twice, divided into seed water and preflower water, with appropriate water recharge of 5h/m ~ 8h/m (20m/667m/m) 3032

    32

    M666m/sec)。

    B) during expansion period. Two to three times and 30 m/667 m/s (8h/s). 32

    C) to change to maturity. Up to 1 to 2 times as required, approximately 20 m/m/667 m/d (5h/d), prior to harvest 32

Around 30d no water. If necessary, the foliage elements meeting the requirements of gb/t17420-2020 should be supplemented。

    (d) after harvest. For irrigation once, the amount of irrigation should be around 30 m/667 m (8h/d). 32

    (e) before burial. The irrigation rate was 30 m/m/ ~ 40 m/m/ 667 m (8h/m ~ 10h/m) and no fertilization. 3232

    7 operations management

    7. 1 irrigation systems

Specific methods of implementation should be developed on the basis of irrigation design, soil conditions, water needs of different species, climatic conditions, water conditions, and

    7. 2 operation

The date of the opening of the spring and the date of the end of the winter shall be determined on the basis of climatic conditions, soil and water sources. Operational steps:

    (a) open water pumps and slowly open dry pipe import valves

    (b) opening of the valves for the first wave of irrigation pipes and beginning of water recharge

    C) open the next wave of irrigation control valves and close the previous round of irrigation control valves after the length and quantity of the water have been reached

The door, until the end of the last pump。

    8 system maintenance

Pumping units, filters, low-pressure electrical equipment should be regularly repaired and maintained, as stipulated in sl236-1999, and the repair of pipelines should be inspected。

After the irrigation season has ended, the valves should be opened in a timely manner and the water stored in the system should be fully inspected and maintained. Metal parts should be washed and oil-proof

Rusty, the damaged parts should be repaired in a timely manner, a complete clean-up of the various screening nets, electrical equipment should be out of power, clean and dry。
