Interviews were mainly structured, with a percentage score system and double drawing of lots by candidates and candidates. The central authorities and their provincial offices, in addition to some of the special posts and more specialized posts, mainly recruit people with a basic work experience of more than two years. At the municipal (local) level and below, the main candidates are graduates of higher education institutions. Work experience at the grass-roots level refers to work performed in the political organs of the party in the county (city, district, flag), commune (town, street), village (community) party organization or village (resident) committee, as well as in enterprises and enterprises of all kinds (except those governed by the civil service act). The entry threshold may be appropriately lowered by means of measures such as adjustment of academic qualifications, specialization, length of service and conditions of experience, as well as the establishment of separate points of eligibility for written examinations, based on the opinions on the recruitment of basic civil servants for examinations in hardly remote areas, in the district/district level and below. Persons who have been convicted of a criminal offence, who have been dismissed from the communist party of china, who have been dismissed from public office, who have been subject to joint disciplinary action in accordance with the law, who have been found to have committed serious disciplinary acts, such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels, who have been dismissed for less than five years by civil servants and by staff of institutions or units governed by the civil service law, and who are not allowed to be recruited as civil servants under other circumstances, as prescribed by law and regulations, shall not be allowed to apply。
A candidate may not apply for a post that, upon admission, constitutes a situation under article 74, paragraph 1, of the civil service act, nor may he or she apply for a position in the employ of a head of a member of the civil service for a post where he or she has a marital relationship, a direct blood relationship, a relationship of consanguinity within three generations and a close marriage relationship。
