The following steps were taken:
I. Preparation
Before starting the dismantling process, make sure that the following tools are in place: a screwdriver, a shrub and a clean and smooth workstation. At the same time, for safety reasons, it is recommended that hand machines be removed and sim cards and storage cards (if any) removed before they are dismantled。
Dismantling caps and batteries
Uncover the back: first, the back of the cell phone needs to be carefully removed. This can usually be done by squeezing the edge of the cover or by using a dedicated cover tool。
Remove the battery: after removing the cover, the battery is removed gently from the cell phone. Note that some tristar phones may be designed with non-dismantling batteries, and this step needs to be bypassed。
Iii. Dismantling screws and parts
Scramble the screws: use the screwdriver and turn the nine screws behind the phone. These screws are usually around the back of the phone。
Take down the bell chin: carefully remove the bell chin from the bottom of the cell phone with a twilight. This step may require some patience and care。
Separating backboards: wedging the edges of the mobile phone with nails or specialized machine-dismantling tools, carefully separating the backboard from the subject. Be careful to keep the movement light and avoid damage to internal components。
Further dismantling of internal components
Break and pull the line: first, break the little screw above the right of the phone and carefully remove the six lines above. These lines connect the components within the starter。
(b) remove the small parts: the little screws above the cell phone are then sprained with a screwdriver and the four small parts are removed in turn: earholes, earpieces, front cameras and vibrations. When removing these components, be particularly careful not to damage them or the surrounding line。
Take down the big line: finally, carefully remove the big line below the cell phone with a sting. This step requires particular caution, as large lines usually connect the main board of the starter and other key components。
