
In order to further improve the efficiency and specialization of road maintenance, five specialized mechanical equipment, such as loaders, sliders and double-loaders, have been fully repaired and maintained by the state road and transport management centre in conjunction with the physical, after-effects and fine-tuning of road maintenance。

The first is a centralized security screening of all mechanical vehicles and a comprehensive “medical examination” of the operational condition of the various types of special mechanical vehicles in accordance with special vehicle maintenance, repair protocols and related technical requirements. Second, based on the actual technical condition of the special mechanical vehicle billing and equipment, a realistic maintenance plan is developed and the operation is being debugged to ensure that the mechanical equipment is in good condition. Third is the fine-tuning and maintenance of special mechanical equipment, such as loaders, the timely replacement of vulnerable items, the cleaning and replacement of various oil cores and the inspection of various safety devices. The fourth is to further improve the day-to-day management of mechanical equipment in accordance with the requirements of the mechanical management system, to strictly enforce the three-post liability system, to ensure that “one-carry, one-stop, accurate bookkeeping” and to carefully complete the maintenance records of mechanical equipment and “maintenance, process, record and acceptance”. Fifthly, by combining the management and use characteristics of special machinery with centralized training and day-to-day education, mechanical operators and maintenance staff are required to adhere strictly to safety and maintenance protocols, to eliminate irregularities and to strictly prohibit the use of insatiable, unsophisticated, unsophisticated, and to effectively enhance safety awareness and operational skills。
