Water and electricity retrofitting is a blackout, so be very careful — all those who have been refurbished have probably heard similar words, but few know what it really means。
Naturally, the process and quality of hydropower conversion need not be much said, and everyone knows that this is critical. But there's another key element that probably has not been heard by many — the bottom of the water and electricity。
The designer will be brought together with the owner prior to the arrival of the water and electricity engineer. The task at this time is to turn to the bottom: to do what, to do what, to take care of things, to be clear once and for all when you enter. Process confirmation for the original switch plugin
Even in the furry room, several switches were installed early in the room. How do we handle these switches? As owner, it should be clear in advance:
1. If the location is appropriate, every effort should be made to retain it so that we may be saved a sum of money。
2. If the position is more obstructive, it should be cancelled. What about the canceled switch plug, whether it's to be used as a switchbox or to be completely flattened, which requires us to think in advance。
3. If there is a genuine need, but the location is not appropriate, the position should be changed. Where is the changed location, and what is done with the old switch plugin (completely flattening or making a switchbox) and what we need to think about in advance。
Confirm location of new plugin
All new or changed slots should be marked on the wall in advance — some of the larger renovation companies will spray on the wall and appear more intuitive. If no major renovation company is requested, you can mark the wall with your own pen。
It's the location of all the plugs in our house. If the plans don't get it, the mark on the wall will always be clear. If not, this is our last chance to change。
Confirm location of new switch
New switches should be marked on the wall like a plug. When it's different from a plugin, adding a switch is a little troublesome:
1. The location of the switch on the wall, as in the plugin
2. Which or which lamps are to be controlled by the switch and are to be marked next to the switch
Double and multiple switches, which are a group, should also be marked。
Confirm location of new lamps
The original lights in the fur room are generally not moved, and if they need to be changed, they are indicated as if they were changed。
With regard to lamps, what we do more is add: where additional lamps are needed, and where the control switch for the additional lamps is located, they are marked next to the additional lamps (also on the wall)。
After these signs, don't forget to take a picture. These photographs will need to be used in future renovations and receiving and inspection, as well as after occupancy maintenance。
We've got a backway for the switch plug
All the wires are from the distribution box in our house. There's a lot of breakers in the distribution box, and every breaker controls which switches? This is confirmed in advance, and the principles of breaker control are:
Switches and plugs shall be separated and the same circuit breaker shall control both switches and plugs and shall not。
2. The interpolation of the different rooms must be separated and the same circuit breaker must control both the living room and the bedroom。
3. The high power and general outlets shall be separated and the same circuit breaker shall control both the air conditioner and the television outlets and not so。
Pipe layout and course confirmation
How do you move from point a to point b, with a source and a route to the pipe? This one needs to be clear to the retrofitters in advance. The construction staff should have drawn up the drawings before turning over. All the owners had to do was review the drawings — after the renovations, remember to bring them back and then use them for repairs or for wall holes。
The location of the water and electricity pipes should also be confirmed, as should the tops and the floors. In general, the plumbing in the bathroom is recommended to go to the top, and the rest of the water and electricity will go to the ground。
Sometimes it is necessary to take toplines, such as some lamps, which are as tight as possible. If there is a ceiling model on the ceiling, make sure that the pipes are as close as possible to the ceiling。
