One of the most critical issues identified during the inspection was the artificial welding of an extra line on the circuit board, the careful examination and observation of the circuit direction, the analysis of which was not an error, but a deliberate human act, and the possibility of consulting the master about the cause of the failure。
10. Understanding the cause of the failure, which is a good explanation for the size of the previously detected damage element, was followed by a positive and very short receipt of 12v voltage at the level of two large capacitors for the part of the passing line. As a result of the extension of the power supply from the 12v to the two board sections, a total of 25v220uf, 200v10uf, 25v1000uf, 25v470uf, 3-end pressurers l7915, 3-end pressurers l7812, 4 safety tubes, 6 current-restricted electrical barriers, 6 large-power tubes and 4 chips were measured. It was the first time that so many components had been damaged. Based on the above damage results, all damaged accessories were replaced and no short-circuit faults were checked for the entire aircraft, and no changes were made, and the failure of the tester was removed once again until the sound removal malfunctions returned to normal。
