At the same time, violations of the intellectual property rights of private enterprises, such as trademarks and patents, are severely combated by law。
Second, the expansion of multiple dispute resolution channels has effectively increased the effectiveness of private enterprise advocacy. Actively implement the guidance on enhancing the arbitration of intellectual property disputes, strengthen intellectual property arbitration institutions and build their capacity, expand the diversification of intellectual property channels, promote the use of conciliation for expeditious resolution of intellectual property disputes, reduce corporate litigation and reduce the cost of defending rights。
