Summary: in the context of the “internet+” era, the internet entrepreneurship community is one of the important vehicles for innovative entrepreneurial activity. Research around this category of community has gradually attracted the attention of the academic community, especially as relevant studies on the causes of value in the community have become the hotspot of research in this area. From an ecological economics perspective, the study, through a literature review and practical survey to combo the service attributes and characteristics of internet-based entrepreneurship communities, built a deep-rooted theoretical model of the factors that make up the value of internet entrepreneurship community services and analysed the intrinsic links between the various factors, with the aim of setting up a theoretical framework for the study of the value of entrepreneurship community services and providing a basis for a study on the valuation of services of internet-based entrepreneurship communities. This paper then uses the structural equation method to quantify the pathways and effect coefficients of service attributes affecting the value of community services and between them, validates the appropriateness of root theory from a mathematical point of view, revises the theory and actual deviations in conjunction with theoretical models, and constructs a theoretical framework for influencing the value of internet-based community-based services with high levels of confidence and effectiveness. Using a combination of qualitative studies and quantitative models, the five factors that influence the evolution of entrepreneurship values, such as “basic services for entrepreneurship”, “finance intermediation services”, “training for entrepreneurship”, “information exchange function”, and “resource interface environment”, are abstracted and empirically researched. The results show, firstly, that “business start-up basic services”, “finance intermediation services”, and entrepreneurship coaching” can be classified as functions of the public service and form the basis of community values at the micro level, in which the formation of “business start-up basic services” has a positive impact on community values at a certain stage, but their marginal effects are diminishing. “financial intermediation services” and “entrepreneurship coaching training” have a significant positive impact on the formation of community values; second, the “information exchange function” and the “resource-sharing environment” can be categorized as ecological network governance, which incentivizes the formation of community values. This research can provide a fresh perspective and theoretical basis for the improvement of the government's dual community-incentive policy, as well as a direction for community enterprises or institutions to further improve the community's ecological environment, with greater research value and practical significance。
