In order to further regulate market price behaviour for the repair and maintenance of new energy vehicles, to maintain a good market price order and to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, and in accordance with laws and regulations such as the price law of the people's republic of china, the provisions on price mark-ups and the prohibition of price fraud, we would like to caution about regulating market price behaviour as follows:
I. Strict enforcement of price laws and regulations. The relevant operators should comply strictly with price laws and regulations, such as the prices law of the people's republic of china, the provisions on mark-up and the prohibition of price fraud, and with the principals ' responsibilities and social responsibilities. They should abide by the principles of fairness, legality and honesty, maintain business ethics and conduct business in good faith in accordance with the law, provide goods and services to consumers at reasonable prices and consciously maintain a good market price order。
Actively priced. After-sales services, such as repair, maintenance and so forth, shall be priced in accordance with the regulations of the regulatory authority responsible for market supervision, and shall be provided in such a way as to indicate the service line, the content and price of the service, or the manner in which it is priced; the goods shall be sold in such a way as to indicate the name, price and unit of measure of the goods. The price should be genuine and accurate, and the identification should be clear and price changes adjusted in a timely manner. Services and goods may not be sold over and above the bid price or charged an unspecified fee。
Strict regulation of price behaviour. The relevant operators must not use false or misleading price instruments to lure consumers or other operators into dealing with them; they must not fabricate, disseminate information about price increases, collude with each other and cause prices to disrupt market price order。
Iv. Effective strengthening of industry self-regulation. Trade associations or social organizations involved in the repair and maintenance of new energy automobiles must actively direct operators to legal operations, adhere to the principle of good faith in conducting business, actively promote industry self-regulation, jointly maintain market price order, and refrain from organizing operators to co-opt, monopolize and manipulate market prices。
5. Proactive self-censorship. Operators and related entities are constantly raising their awareness of compliance with the law and are actively engaged in self-censorship to further regulate their price behaviour in line with laws and regulations such as the price law of the people's republic of china, the precise pricing and prohibition of price fraud。
Market regulators will intensify their inspections, receive price complaints in a timely manner and prosecute price violations in accordance with the law. Consumers and all sectors of society are welcome to monitor the price behaviour of the various market operators involved throughout the county.
