In view of the availability of land resources suitable for the cultivation of pineapple seedlings on the one hand and the expertise, technology and management capacity of pineapple seedlings on the other, in accordance with the provisions of the civil code of the people's republic of china and the relevant laws and regulations, the parties, after friendly consultation, concluded the following contracts for contracting the cultivation of pineapple seedlings:
I. Context of the contract
The land located in (hereinafter referred to as “contracted land”) is contracted by a to b for the planting of pineapple seedlings。

After the expiration of the contract, the parties may agree to renew the contract if they so wish。

2. Method of payment: party b shall pay one-time payment of the current year's contractual costs to the designated account of party a before per year。
Iv. Rights and obligations of the parties
1. Rights and obligations of party a:
• provide land suitable for pineapple seedlings and ensure that land is not subject to dispute。
Assisting party b in processing related agricultural procedures, such as land tenure permits (if required)。
• the right to monitor the cultivation of b and to ensure compliance with national laws and regulations and contractual agreements。
2. Rights and obligations of party b:
Responsible for the procurement, planting, management, pest control and harvesting of pineapple seedlings。
Ensure that planting activities comply with national laws and regulations and environmental requirements。
To cover all costs incurred during planting, including but not limited to seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, irrigation, labour, etc。
:: the right to operate autonomously during the contract period and to sell pineapple tree seedlings and fruit, the proceeds of which are owned by b。
Product quality and acceptance
1. B. Shall ensure the healthy growth of pineapple seedlings in accordance with national quality standards and agreed quality requirements。
2. A party has the right to inspect the growth of pineapple seedlings during the contract period and, if a quality problem is identified, to request a correction from b。
Vi. Responsibility for breach
1. Either party is liable for breach of contract to compensate the other party for the loss suffered as a result。
2. If b fails to pay the contract costs on time, a is entitled to terminate the contract and to seek compensation for the loss。
Vii. Contract revision and disappearance
1. This contract may be varied or terminated by consensus between the parties。
2. Failure to contract due to force majeure
