The shanghai school of vocational education for press and publications (shanghai centre for training in public information and publications) is a public full-time vocational school established with the approval of the shanghai city people's government and attached to the publicity department of the shanghai city council of the communist party of china. It is a multi-level, multi-form, multi-specific and integrated public service institution for pre-service, post-vocational, academic and non-academic education。

Subjects of recruitment
Candidates shall meet the following qualifications:

(7) social workers in the provinces must hold a shanghai city residence permit (for the period of validity) for more than one year, with the deadline for calculation being 30 september 2023。

Recruitment methods
1. Registration time:
From the date of the bulletin until 17:00 on 30 september 2023。
2. Method of registration:
Candidates must provide the following registration materials (electronic):
(1) identity cards, both positive and negative
(2) all academic qualifications, certificates of degrees (photo editions) obtained (off-the-job students at national colleges and universities)
(3) a residence permit in shanghai for more than one year (in the period of validity) (for social workers in the provinces and cities)
(4) the online validation report of the academy of education of the ministry of education (photo version, as detailed in the “network of learning”) is available for students attending national schools
Non-competent students in the country are required to provide the electronic register of certificates of education at the ministry of education (photo version, for more details on the internet)
Candidates who have graduated from institutions outside the country are required to upload the foreign diploma certificate (photo version) issued by the ministry of education
(a) the need to upload additional certificates of ongoing studies for those who have not graduated from institutions outside the country
(5) the required professional skills, vocational qualifications or other relevant material for the job (photo version)。
In order to ensure timely access to the results of the registration process and subsequent relevant notifications, please allow the “notice sending function” of the registration process。
3. Notes:
(1) candidates, depending on their circumstances, are given a limited number of jobs against the qualifications and professional requirements of the candidates. In accordance with the personnel management qualification regulations for the establishment, candidates are not allowed to apply for positions that constitute a circumvention. Once candidates have selected their posts and submitted confirmations, the information on the examination is automatically locked and cannot be changed. Candidates should be prepared for electronic photographs that meet the requirements before registering. Failure to submit all the registrations required is considered invalid。
(2) this recruitment is based on a notification of commitment. Candidates shall be held responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of the personal information materials submitted and the electronic photographs uploaded, provided false applications, forged or altered documents, materials and information, fraudulently qualified for the examination, and shall be disqualified from the examination upon verification。
(3) the candidate shall confirm that he or she has fully met the requirements for the examination for the post in question and, in case of doubt as to the qualifications and requirements of the post, shall be consulted promptly. In the event of non-conformity with the requirements for the examination or for the uploading of attachments, the consequences thereof shall be the responsibility of the candidate himself。
(4) candidates are held accountable for the consequences of their failure to receive timely feedback on their registration due to incomplete or incorrect personal data。
4. Eligibility:
According to the declarations, recruitment units screen and qualify the information received, and through the eligibility examiners, the written examination is available. Candidates may enter the registration system within a specified time frame to check the time of eligibility and whether the written examination is entered through the qualification and download the examination on time. Persons who have lost their identity cards are required to submit to the public security authorities, in a timely manner, a temporary identity card or a photo identification document。
5. Written examinations:
The time of written examination, the time of download of the examination and the time of searching for the results of the written examination are notified. The written examination will include relevant elements such as integrated administrative capacity, expertise, etc. Candidates take part in the written examination, which takes 90 minutes, in accordance with the requirements set out in the certificate. The written examination results are available in the “registry system” two weeks after the written examination and are not subject to further notice. The results of the written examinations are ranked from a high to a low percentage of the interviews, and the list of interviewees is established without further notice。
Interviews:
On the basis of the written test scores, the list of candidates for the interview is determined on a 1:3 scale. The interview notice is in the form of a letter and no further notice is given to those who are not eligible for the interview. Persons participating in the interview on the day of the interview are required to submit all originals of the material for examination. Interviews are primarily conducted to test candidates ' political qualifications, professional skills, competencies and teamwork, and to assess the degree to which jobs are matched. Interview results provide self-help queries within 10 working days of the interview in the “registration system”。
7. Medical examination:
The total results are calculated on the basis of the written test and the interview results at a ratio of 4 to 6, and the first in the post is examined. Medical examinations are carried out in medical institutions above level ii a in the municipality on the basis of the general criteria for admission to medical examination for civil servants (preliminary). If the medical examination is not satisfactory or if the health condition is not suitable for the job, the employer will not be employed. If a person abandons recruitment or the medical examination is not qualified, the unit has the right to decide whether to defer the addition of other medical examination candidates in order of overall merit。
8. Mission:
Visits are organized by the unit to examine, inter alia, the political mentality of candidates, compliance with the law, ethical qualities, record of integrity, learning experience, etc. If the examination does not pass, the unit will not be recruited. The unit has the authority to decide whether to add additional medical examination and examination candidates in the order of their overall achievement。
9. To be advertised:
On the basis of comprehensive results, medical examinations, visits, etc., the proposed recruits are advertised on the website of the shanghai human resources and social security board for seven days. If the results of the announcement are not contested, they are submitted to the competent authorities for review and approval by the shanghai human resources and social security board。
In the event of any objection to the publicity affecting the employment, the selection is determined on the basis of verification。
