On 8 july, the trade union general of the autonomous region held a video conference on the safe working of the trade union system throughout the region. Zhang hue-woo, vice-president of the central trade union party of the autonomous region, attended and addressed the conference。
The conference noted that the confederation of trade unions of the autonomous region attached great importance to the work of safe production, followed up on the important instructions of the secretary-general of xi jinping on safe production, and carried out its duties as a member of the autonomous community's security council. There is a need to focus on the high-risk sectors of the mine, construction, transport, trade and industry, fireworks, gas, fire, etc., and to conduct risk screening and rehabilitation, and to secure the safe production of crowd-monitored lines. The security of the union's assets and personnel is ensured by securing premises, service positions, etc. The overall effectiveness of security governance will be enhanced through the deepening of the “ankang cup” competition, which will include job skills competitions, security literacy competitions, class security assessments and emergency exercises. In order to ensure that occupational safety and health matters are considered by the council, enterprises are urged to establish, in accordance with the law, labour protection inspection committees of trade unions, to establish the basis of labour protection work in enterprises and to establish firm lines of defence for the safety and health of workers。
