The study of the legal regime of intellectual property is an academic annual published by the national intellectual property agency, formerly the patent law study, the first issue of which was published in september 1991 and edited by the department of articles and law of the national intellectual property agency. With the development of the intellectual property industry, the issue has been further expanded in the fields of trademarks, geographical indications and has been renamed the study on the legal regime of intellectual property. Guided by xi jinping's new-era chinese socialist philosophy, the aim of the journal is to be realistic and theoretical, focusing on the contents of the programme for building the power of intellectual property (2021-2035), which focuses on academic papers and related translations of intellectual property theory and practice and provides a platform for the exchange of ideas and ideas among intellectual property theory and practice practitioners throughout the country。
In order to fully realize the aims and objectives of this publication, and to share the research and practical experience of various experts and colleagues, you are kindly invited to contribute to the publication and to provide ideas and ideas for the development of intellectual property rights。
With regard to the matters related to the submissions, the following are indicated:
1. The presentation should be scientific, innovative and forward-looking, have greater theoretical or practical significance and have some academic value. The length does not normally exceed 12,000 words。
For contributions relating to the following themes, the publication gives priority to:

(5) study of local legislation on intellectual property

(6) trends in the international intellectual property regime and our response
(7) innovative driving development and our intellectual property system
(8) study of the extraterritorial application of the legal regime of intellectual property
(9) study of integrated circuit chart design protection regulations
(10) study of rules for the protection of intellectual property rights in new areas

2. Submissions should be sent by 20 december 2022 to zlfyj@cnipa. Gov. Cn in electronic form, not to make additional submissions。
3. Written contributions may be processed on their own initiative if they have not been notified at the end of two months of their issuance。
4. As a compilation, the copyright is owned by the editorial board of the journal。
5. In response to the country's information-building needs, and in order to expand the channels of communication of information about the publication and the author's knowledge, the publication is recorded in the cnki database and the author's rights to use his writings are paid in one-time payment for the costs of the book. The author's articles are free of charge for citing statistics. Authors are requested to indicate in writing, at the time of submission, whether they agree that their articles will be included; in the absence of a specific statement, the author is deemed to agree。
6. A summary of the contribution should be attached to the text with 200 words。

7. The following information should be indicated at the end of the text, in order of title, author's name, full name of the unit, mailing address, postal code, contact telephone, e-mail address and identification number, to facilitate contact and mailing。
8. Once published, the editorial department will make a quick contribution to the publication and present two volumes of the current issue。
