From 3 june to 7 june, a training course was held at the henan branch of the national school of public prosecutors for the 2024 branch secretary of the provincial prosecutor's office and party cadre of the provincial prosecutor's office. This is a centralized training programme for the provincial prosecutor's office on the construction of party cadres and party sex education, in accordance with the institutional arrangement and the political rotation programme. More than 200 persons attended the training as party clerks, deputy clerks, commissioners, full-time party cadres and the henan institute of public prosecution profession, the chamber of iron inspections and the subdivisions or deputy clerks of the provincial procuratorates. The opening session was attended by members of the provincial council, the director of political affairs and the secretary of the agency party, yao fou an, and the first lesson was taught。
The course has three features: first, content science, comprehensive curriculum. With regard to academic knowledge, skills and quality, the training course included a presentation by the general secretary of xi jinping, a study by the general secretary of xi on important ideas in the area of party-building, as well as a training course on party history, discipline and political competence; a course on party management in conjunction with the activities of the provincial public prosecutor's office on the “year of high quality prosecutorial management”; a course on field teaching, to the cai yuchu college of personnel, to learn the spirit of coyolong, and a panel discussion; and a focus course and an event to watch educational films. It highlights the main party-building responsibilities and combines a well-thought-out, well-structured, well-substantiated and productive prosecution. Second, teachers are strong and secure. Each course is subject to repeated scrutiny by the provincial council, which selects each teacher. Director yao fouan gave a demonstration lead role by conducting a first tutorial on “in-depth learning of general secretary xi jinping in the spirit of 7. 9, and solid promotion of the deeper integration of the institutional and prosecutorial activities of the party”, and the general secretary of xi jinping was given a wide-ranging and well-spoken perspective on the important idea of building the party in the framework of the secretary-general's system. There are also professors at provincial committees and the national institute of public prosecutions, each of whom has a strong academic background, a strong teaching experience and a well-known expert, who has taught a variety of subjects. Third is discipline and excellence. The training courses include discipline throughout classroom teaching and extracurricular activities. The training programme has seven party branches, whose heads are responsible for the strict management and performance of their duties, as well as for practical action. The participants in the training are committed to their studies and studies. They are able to exercise discipline and self-restraint, observe the spirit and training discipline stipulated in the eight central regulations, develop a good learning culture and regularize the training process。
The participants in the training indicated that the training was organized by the party committee of the provincial council as a “timely rain” at a time when the party centre was conducting a party discipline learning education. In addition to learning the spirit of xi jinping's speech and important ideas on party-building and disciplinary regulations, as well as the working methods of the grass-roots party-building, the next step will be to incorporate it carefully and closely into the work of the unit itself. This training will be used as an opportunity to focus on the party's main responsibilities and functions, actively explore new ways of integrating the party's construction and prosecution services, and contribute to a positive situation in which the construction and operations of the provincial prosecution service are synergizing and twinning。
