I. Targets of assistance

The applications are for legal, information and financial assistance. Other general assistance is provided on a daily basis and is not required。
1. Legal aid services
Provide professional guidance on intellectual property rights (iprs) based on business needs, including risk assessment of infringement early warning analysis and circumvention of design, assistance to enterprises in establishing sound ipr management systems, and development of ip strategies. Intellectual property legal services such as legal advice, identification, tort determination, risk analysis assessment and early warning responses, legal counsel, and dispute management guidance are also available。
2. Information assistance services
(c) provides information services free of charge to recipient enterprises on intellectual property rights, such as retrieval consulting, patent checking, etc., and helps recipient enterprises to establish a thematic database on intellectual property rights and enhance the capacity of recipient enterprises to access information。
3. Financial assistance services
Depending on the actual situation, assistance services such as valuation of intellectual property rights (iprs), legal controls, etc., are provided to recipient enterprises, facilitating the undertaking of intellectual property pledge financing, value-for-money equity, etc., and helping them overcome financial difficulties。
4. Other assistance services
Enterprises may also apply if they need assistance in a specific form for other intellectual property difficulties。
