Against the backdrop of continued warming in the market for retrocycles, honda launched a new cb1000f series with a design revolution across time and space. This new 40-year-old cb-f family car, the 999ml straight-line four-cylinder engine, is reproducing the four-cylinder boom of the golden age, redefining the value pole of the public upgrade retrofit。

The core of cb1000f is the 999ml water cool-line four-cylinder engine from cbr1000rr fireblade, but its character was completely rewritten by honda's engineer through the retroclassification school. The maximum power of the engine was set at 91kw (9000r/min) and the peak was 103n (8000r/min) by optimising cam axle timing, extending entry tubes and using 4-2-1 "horns" vents. This adjustment tilts the thrust of the power output towards the low transit speed zone. There is no need for frequent shifts in urban commuting, and the linear climber curve of 6,000 rpm allows the oil door to respond as silky as the road bends. The first and second gears ratio is shortened and the initial bursting power is increased. The extension of the three-to-six gear ratio to reduce the rate of turnover and fuel consumption brings with it the characteristics of “low-turn strong and high-resilient oil”。

The appearance design of cb1000f is a tribute to the depth of cb750f/cb900f in the 1980s. Antenna oil tanks and agile tails form a simple and powerful contour line, while the exposed direct four-bar engine and chromium plating reinforce mechanical aesthetics. But honda didn't stop at re-enacting the classics: led lights remodelled round lights with modern light, 5-inch tfts supported three display modes, hidden smart key systems and hoNda roadsync connectivity allows technology to be embedded in a retro-frame。


The se model increases the sense of ceremonialism through exclusive configurations: headlight shampoos, heat-dispers grids, fast-changing rods, heat-heat handles, etc., which push the retrogression to the extreme. In the case of colours such as pearl white metal paints (blue/grey stripes), graphite black (red stripes), which are provided in the standard version, the classic aesthetic is called with low saturation。




Cb1000f is based on the cb1000 hornnet platform, but has been upgraded several times. The frame is based on a steel diamond-type framework, with asymmetric aluminium alloy and an asymmetrical aluminum rearmament designed for brand-new design, lower than the hornet, and enhanced double-load comfort and loading capacity。
