Since the winter of the new people's evening news service (journalist zhang zhang zheng), most homes in the city have begun to turn on heating air conditioning and the use of electric water heaters is increasing. Journalists were informed today by the shanghai household electricity service line of 962512 that there has been an increase in failure recovery due to the increased frequency of the use of thermal appliances。
“the use of air conditioning during the winter is most common when it is felt that the heat is not prepared and cannot be activated.” the secretary-general of the shanghai electronics maintenance services industry association, huang jianping, indicated that if the power supply was not activated, it would be checked and, if normal, the remote control would be operational. At this point it is normal to consider whether the outdoor temperature is low。
He indicated that, in general, an old air conditioner could not be activated when the outdoor temperature was less than 5 degrees below zero and when the outdoor temperature was less than 10 degrees below zero, at which point a basin of open water could be poured onto the outdoor machine and the start temperature would then be set at around 20 degrees, and if the air conditioner was not malfunctioning, the problem would be solved and the air conditioner would be stabilized and the temperature would be raised later. Unheated air conditioners may be caused by low outdoor temperatures, which can be reduced and slowly raised, or there may be insufficient pharmacies in air conditioners, which will require specialized maintenance at this time。
In order to ensure the safe use of thermal appliances by the general public, following the onset of the cold tide, the city commerce commission provided safe services during the winter season through industry connections and blockages, the 962512 shanghai electricity hotline, the shanghai electronics industry association, the shanghai electronics business association, and the shanghai electronics services industry association (hereinafter referred to as the “one three conferences”)。
At present, the municipal household electricity maintenance industry has prepared plans to respond to the maintenance peaks, which will serve as a major safeguard for post-sale services in the various production enterprises, promote the integration of inter-firm services, resources and information-sharing among industry associations, and the capacity of the shanghai power line to provide integrated services within 36 hours of peak service. The needs of priority groups, namely the elderly, children and special groups, are addressed within 24 hours。
The cec reminds the general public of the need to look for branded company telephones from authoritative sources when seeking home electricity maintenance services, including the 12345 citizen hotline, the 12315 disruption board hotline and website, the city business council's network, the 962512 shanghai electricity hotline and website, and the related telephone calls of the association of household electrical industries (shanghai association: 65661637/shanghai chamber of commerce and industry association: 52288010/shanghai electronics maintenance association: 63080038)。
In the case of service providers, they must check their common home service card for the maintenance of electricity in the shanghai market and not believe that the services personnel have revealed their identity verbally. More than 16,000 service providers across the city holding a single service card are required to be licensed and licensed; all 360 formal service enterprises recommended to society in this case are required to indicate a fee, which may not be increased at will and may not be substantially repaired。
In recent days, the “one three” selection has recommended 360 enterprises for electrical maintenance services to be announced to the public for selection on a needs basis. It also prepared a common information for the general public on the main household electricity brand maintenance services in shanghai (update version 2025). As well as the first list of recommended enterprises in the domestic electrical and electrical services industry in shanghai in 2025, the list is easily accessible to the public。
