TranslatioNal medicine (nal medicine) is a partnership between scholars in basic medical research and doctors in clinical work to achieve a two-way adaptation and joint development of clinical issues and basic medical research content, making basic medical research work and addressing basic and clinical disconnections. Medical testing is an extremely practical discipline and a multidisciplinary and cross-cutting field of comprehensive medicine, and is one of the most accessible professions in the medical discipline community. As a result, the teaching of the medical examination curriculum, which is applied to the transformation of the medical concept, has become one of the hot spots of the current educational reform of the higher-level medical institutions。
I. Status and problems of medical examination teaching at higher educational institutions
Higher-level medical education, which has the important task of developing medical-related skills at the grass-roots level in both urban and rural areas, must be adapted to the characteristics of the country's higher-level medical education, with a view to transforming the training model. At present, the curricula of higher-level institutions, including medical tests, are taught mainly on a one-way teacher-oriented basis, and students are often relatively passive in the teaching process, which is detrimental to the understanding of theory and practice, and prone to basic and clinical disconnections. Students, on the one hand, lacked understanding of the practical clinical guidance of basic medicine and, on the other hand, were unable to interpret and understand some clinical phenomena after entering the learning process of clinical medicine. On the other hand, it is not possible to return the problems found in clinical practice to the laboratory for validation and study。
Ii. The need to transform the medical concept into a medical examination curriculum
The most important aspect of the interdisciplinary process of transformation of medicine is the development of talent and the corresponding model of teaching and management. The development of cross-disciplinary transformational medical talent is a bottleneck for transformational medicine. The rapid development of the field of basic research has created a cross-section of medical science and multidisciplinary and multidisciplinary science.
