The office of the working committee on intellectual property and standardization specially invited senior intellectual property engineers to make a systematic presentation of the fourth revision of the patent law of the people's republic of china, in the form of a combination of online and sub-linear approaches, in terms of the origin and development of patents, the process of revision of patent laws and the way of thinking, and the main changes。

In order to gain a close understanding of intellectual property, the office of the institute's working committee on intellectual property and standardization organized, in a combination of online and offline, a series of intellectual property promotional videos such as the national intellectual property agency's " shapes takes you into intellectual property " , " the story of innovation and intellectual property high-quality development " , " the story of the intellectual property owner " , " the story of xiaoming and trademarks " , " a review of the theme of the national intellectual property promotion week " 。

In order to gain insight into the management of intellectual property rights in enterprises and to tap into their intellectual property needs, the working committee on intellectual property and standardization of the institute has appointed an individual to participate in the changcheng city intellectual property awareness week - going into business. At the international conference centre of medical museums, the head of the intellectual property rights of the camels group was briefed on best practices in intellectual property innovation, application, protection, etc., and visited the medical museum, the innovation fair of the camel group institute and the new city of industry to learn about intellectual property in the light of case studies, further raising awareness of respect for and protection of intellectual property rights。

In connection with the work of the institute on existing corporate standards, the office of the working committee on intellectual property and standardization of the institute conducted a presentation on the relevant provisions of the institute of biomedicine engineering standards of the chinese society of biomedicine in relation to intellectual property, which was interpreted on a case-by-case basis in eight chapters and 47 articles, and provided technical reference for the subsequent institute's group standards in relation to intellectual property issues。

This intellectual property awareness week is the first activity since the establishment of the intellectual property expert pool since the creation of the “intellectual property” business block by the institute's working committee on intellectual property and standardization. As one of the fastest-growing disciplines globally, biomedical engineering and innovation are inextricably linked; protecting intellectual property rights is protecting innovation!
