Article 2 the application, allocation, matching, use, cancellation and other related regulations of amateur radio calls in the people's republic of china (excluding hong kong and macao) shall be subject to this procedure。

Amateur radio call signs are important for identifying amateur radio stations. All amateur radio transmitters shall have call signs directed by the radio regulatory body。

Article iv: amateur radio call signs are centrally planned and distributed by the radio authority of the ministry of information industry, which is directed by the radio authority of the ministry of information industry and by the radio authorities of the provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government)。

Foreign nationals and members of the hong kong, macao and taiwan regions apply for the establishment of amateur radio stations in the mainland of china, which are approved by the radio administration of the ministry of information technology and industry and refer to amateur radio call signs。

Amateur radio calls for daily training, testing, communication, etc. For lovers are composed of four parts. The first part is a letter prefix representing the country, which is indicated by “b”; the second part is a radio character or operational grade code, which is indicated by one letter (see annex i for specific indications); the third part is an amateur radio division in our country (satellite amateur operations are listed in sector i), i. E., a division code for the area where the radio is disposed of, which is indicated by an arabic numeral (see annex ii for specific subsectors); and the fourth part is followed by a suffocating to distinguish between amateur radio stations. Article vi. The call signs used by amateur radio stations participating in international competitions in the course of the competition may be omitted from the second part of article 5, with the suffix indicated by one to four english letters. The call signs are used exclusively for international competitions and are matched by the radio administration of the ministry of information industry。

Article 7. Amateur radio stations, other than space or remote command radios, shall, on their own initiative, give a full call sign for each of their communications and at least every 10 minutes during their launch。

Article 8. Radio lovers who set up amateur radio stations shall, after they have acquired a new level of operation, remove the original call sign from the radio authority that issued the original radio licence。

The withdrawn call sign may be matched again after five years。

Article 9. Amateur radio stations, with the approval of the radio administration of the ministry of information industry or the radio administration of the province (autonomous region, municipalities directly under the central government) where they operate the destination, shall use the call number of the original radio station plus “/” as well as the zoning number of the part of the amateur radio station where the destination is located in the province (autonomous region, municipalities directly under the central government) where their licence provides for temporary launch operations。

Article x. Radio lovers who have set up amateur radio stations to relocate to other areas and to suspend amateur radio stations shall apply to the radio authority issuing the original radio licence for the cancellation of the station.
