Angular pulse valve presentation:
The electromagnetic pulse valve (also known as the diaphragm valve) is the compressed air "switches" of the pulsation bag ash blowing system. Controlled by the pulsating blowout controller output signal, the filters are drained (rooms) to clear the dust so that the resistance of the scrubber remains within the given range to ensure the treatment capacity of the scrubber and the efficiency of dust collection. The emp works:
The film divides the electromagnetic pulse valves into the front and the second two chambers, and when connected to the compressed air, the compressed air enters the rear chamber through the throttle, at which time the latter pressure puts the film components at the point of export of the valve and the electromagnetic pulse valve is “closed”。

The work of the electromagnetic valve
The electromagnetic valve is an automated base element used to control the direction of the fluid and is an implementer; it is usually used for mechanical control and above the industrial valve to control the direction of the medium to achieve control of the valve switch. Form types of electromagnetic valves
1. Directly mobile electromagnetic valves:
Principle: when electrically activated, the electromagnetic circle produces electromagnetic power to lift the closure from the valve and open the valve; when electricity is cut, the electromagnetic power disappears, the spring presses the closure on the valve and the valve closes。
Characteristics: normal working at vacuum, negative pressure, zero pressure, but generally not exceeding 25 mm。
2. Distribution of direct motion electromagnetic valves:
Rationale: it is a combination of direct and lead, and when the entrance and the exit are free of pressure, the electromagnetic force lifts the lead valve and the main valve directly upward and opens the valve. When the opening pressure differentials between the entrance and the exit, the electromagnetic power leads the small valve, the lower cavity pressure of the main valve rises and the upper cavity pressure drops, thus pushing the main valve upwards using the pressure difference; when the power is cut, the lead valves use spring power or medium pressure to drive the closure, move downward and close the valve。

Characteristics: it can also be actionable at zero pressure differentials or vacuums, high pressure, but with greater power, it requires horizontal installation。
3. Lead electromagnetic valves:
The principle is that when electricity is powered, the electromagnetic force opens the lead point, the upper chamber pressure is rapidly reduced, the upper chamber pressure is formed around the shutter, the fluid pressure drives the shutter up, the valve opens; when the power is cut, the spring is turned off, the entry pressure is created by the perforated rapid cavity chamber around the shutter, and the fluid pressure drives the shutter down, closing the valve。
Characteristics: the upper limit of the fluid pressure range is high and can be installed at will (to be customised) but must meet the fluid pressure differential. Electromagnetic valves are divided into six subcategories, with differences in structure and material from the valve and principles: direct motion film structure, step-by-step heavy film structure, lead membrane structure, direct piston structure, step-by-step piston structure, lead piston structure。
Main features of electromagnetic valves
I: applicability
The fluids in the tube shall be consistent with the medium selected for the medium selected for the emp series。
The temperature of the fluid shall be smaller than the rated temperature of the selected electromagnetic valve。

Filters should be installed in front of the electromagnetic valve when the fluid is less clean, and general electromagnetic valves require a better level of cleaning of the medium。
Pay attention to flow apertures and take-over calibres; electromagnetic valves are generally controlled only by two switches; conditions permit the installation of bypass tubes to facilitate maintenance; and when a water hammer phenomenon occurs, the timing of the opening of the electromagnetic valve is customised。

Pay attention to the effect of ambient temperature on electromagnetic valves
Power currents and power consumption should be selected according to output capacity, with power voltage generally allowed to be around ±10%, and care must be taken that va values are higher when communication starts。
Reliability
Electromagnetic valves are divided into two types of constant shut-down and open; they are generally selected to be closed, open and shut down; however, they are selected to be open at short intervals when they are off at a very long time。
The life-cycle test, which is generally a model pilot project, is not exactly the standard for electromagnetic valves in our country and is therefore carefully chosen for the use of electromagnetic valves。

General electromagnetic valves are waterproof and, when conditions do not permit, choose a waterproof type, which can be arranged by the plant。

For corrosive liquids, a total stainless steel type should be chosen, and a strong corrosive fluid should be chosen for the plastic king (slf) electromagnetic valve。
The explosive environment must select appropriate blast-proof products。
