In an effort to further upgrade the overall level of services in the industry and to create a safe, transparent and efficient post-car market consumption environment, the zhongjiang road transport service centre organized 14 type ii repair companies in the county to carry out the “ruan province vehicle maintenance quality service month” in 2025。
The event, which lasted for one month, was inspired by the presence of a theme banner in a prominent front shop under the theme “strategic maintenance to make the carowner more secure” in conjunction with the 3/15 international consumer rights day. In addition, through the “state support” policy and its own practice, a series of pro-people services have been introduced, such as the granting of work-time vouchers, the payment of cash for painting, the free cleaning of the interior of vehicles and the provision of free medical consultations. Under the guidance of the road transport service centre, the maintenance of standardized, operationalized service concepts helps drivers to consume rationally, securely and in a transparent and harmonious service environment, so that consumers can actually feel the effectiveness and novelty of the car maintenance quality service month。
Since 2024, the zhejiang road transport service centre has continuously promoted the upgrading of service capacity in the maintenance sector by organizing 35 letters of commitment from repair companies in categories ii and iii, leading to the legal compliance of maintenance companies, helping five enterprises to obtain a provincial quality and credibility assessment for aaa-class enterprises, and the zhuang morning light vehicle repair plant, yongjun motor repairs plant, nine air trades and the zhuang motor vehicle repair centre to receive the designation “enterprise of integrity in motor vehicle repair and testing in hunan province”. From 2024 to date, the rate of complaints in the area of motor vehicle maintenance has declined further throughout the county, with three complaints received from various categories of citizens throughout the year, and three complaints were processed to the satisfaction rate of 100 per cent。
As a next step, the centre will continue to promote maintenance enterprises to optimize service processes, improve the quality of maintenance, strengthen good faith operations and provide a broad range of drivers with a cost-transparent and quality-secure conservation experience。
