In order to improve the overall performance of the property managers in the sub-districts, to further regulate the services of the property services sector, and to accelerate the construction of the “safe zone” in the qin district, an operational training session on property management was held on the morning of 2 december along the streets of the river, and specialized training was invited for the qin district housing authority. The street office is headed by a director, the urban management service centre, and the deputy registrars of the villages (community) attended by more than 30 people。

The training sessions focused on lectures and lectures on laws and regulations such as the people's republic of china civil code, the property regulations, the rules of guidance for owners ' congresses and owners ' committees, the measures for implementing fees for property services in yunnan province and the measures for the management of credit evaluations in property services enterprises in yunnan province. The meeting called for due diligence on the part of the authorities involved in the street, strict implementation of arrangements for the deployment of specialized municipal and district property management services, with high standards and strict requirements for the completion of the management tasks; the integrity of the property service enterprises, the effective capture of information evaluations, as well as star-class assessments, and the provision of quality services of good quality and affordable quality; the work of the property management board under the leadership of the party branches, the careful mapping of small area property management and the practical resolution of substantive issues; and the careful study by all members of the property management board of the work on “manage management”, the real exercise of the role of “manage management” and the active promotion of a new level of community management。

Through thematic training, a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of property management policy and regulations has been developed in the streets, villages (community), property companies, etc., which has created the conditions for implementing work responsibilities and strengthening community property management. The responsibilities of the board of owners were clarified. The adoption of legislation and policy advocacy has greatly enhanced the motivation and initiative of property workers in the management of property and has laid a solid foundation for a smoother future of property management along the river streets。
