1. The subject of the declaration: theoretical works prepared and officially published by the province, individually or collectively, for the first signatory, popular theoretical works, major national conference papers and published theoretical articles。
In march of each year, the department concerned compiles the results of the previous year's natural year's compliance with the declaration requirements, which are reported to the theory department of the ministry of information of the ministry of the province, which organizes the evaluation of the results. 3. Declaration of results:
Any person who:
(1) theoretical writings: theoretical works selected for the national fund for social welfare results library。

4. Other requirements:
