In order to further publicize the decision-making and deployment of the party's central and state councils to strengthen the work of safe production, as well as the relevant deployments of groups and companies on safe production, since the commencement of work in march 2020, the anhui three generation capital project has been carrying out a series of security awareness competitions, alerting education, security management training and risk screening and management activities. All efforts have been made to create safe, harmonious and safe sites in parallel。
Since the start of the project, the project has placed a high priority on security, with a high degree of integration between project security management and the creation of “safe sites”, and in the near future the project will combine the creation of activities and the “safe months” project to achieve results. Through the creation of security columns, banners, security posters, etc., and graphic safety education, the times project enhances safety awareness and creates a safe working environment; organizes two successive competitions with more than 100 participants and a high level of participation in the first-line workshops, further consolidates and strengthens the knowledge of safe production management for first-line workers; organizes four security alerts and educational documentaries for the entire project, resulting in a case alert and a case change effect; conducts six security prevention and process safety management training sessions for part-time project safety officers, with 100 per cent participation, and further enhances the professional skills of safety officers. The project also brought together communities and construction units to carry out five risk screening and management activities focusing on “safe production” to remove security hazards from multiple points and angles; and organized more than 10 safe site exchange meetings with local governments, fraternal enterprises, construction units, etc. To expand the creation of safe sites through exchange of experience, learning and standardization of safety civilizations。
On 8 june, in the context of the “security month” campaign, the anhui three-era project, in conjunction with the local government, construction and supervisory units, held a safe production month launch ceremony and a peaceful site promotion exchange, during which wang quan, secretary-general of the fenghua community party party in the upper city district, highly evaluated the project's creation of a “safe site” and expressed the hope that it would continue to work together to build a safe site in cooperation with government and industry to contribute to the creation of a harmonious and peaceful society。
