Daily maintenance of equipment 01
The day-to-day maintenance work is primarily performed by the equipment operator, and the records of these maintenance projects are detailed in the boiler operation and operation logs and in the equipment logs。
Daily routine maintenance and maintenance
During the operation of the equipment, the equipment operator undertook a number of key tasks. First, prior to the start-up of the equipment, the sanitary condition of the equipment must be confirmed and, if it fails to meet the standards, the cleaning and removal of non-operational items. In addition, the activity sensitivity of the valves should be checked and if the handle is loose, it should be tightened in a timely manner. At the same time, the components will need to be checked for run-off and leaks, with appropriate treatment and containment measures. The sensitivity of electrical and electrical control components also needs to be checked to ensure the effectiveness of the emergency shutdown。
In the operation of the equipment, the equipment is closely monitored to ensure that there is no acoustic, alienated or abnormal vibration. According to the usage, the water table, the water level controller, the pressure table bronchion and the pressure switch tube are regularly washed, and leakage is checked at all points of connection to see if the components are abnormal, and if abnormal, the furnace should be shut down immediately to continue after the failure。
Upon completion of operation of the equipment, the defects or anomalies identified during this operation shall be maintained and reported to the department of engineering for organizational maintenance. Complete cleaning of boilers, electrical control cabinets, water treatment and the corresponding accessories surfaces is also required。

Regular routine maintenance and maintenance
For the regular maintenance of equipment, a weekly functional test of low-water level protection relays is required. If the equipment is down for more than a week, this test will have to be repeated before the next operation. Similarly, the safety valves should be manually ventilated on a weekly basis to ensure their normal operation. If the equipment is shut down for more than a week, manual venting is required immediately after the boiler is under pressure in order to prevent the safety valve from dying because it is not used for long periods。
Quarterly de-dusting of electrical appliances in equipment electric cabinets is required in order to maintain their good working state, while the equipment and the silk pole valves on the gas pipelines are lubricated, with a view to reducing wear and failure。
Semi-annual cleaning of soft water tanks should be carried out, together with cleaning of the soft tanks and removal of the stains and stains therein and, where necessary, repainting。

Maintenance and maintenance of level 02
Quarterly maintenance
The tiered maintenance is performed by professional maintenance staff and is detailed in the equipment maintenance records. The sensitivity of electrical switches, human interfaces and electrically executed devices is checked on a quarterly basis, and maintenance and repair of problematic components are performed accordingly. At the same time, mechanical seals and piping valve pads for pumps need to be inspected and, if anomalies are detected, they should be processed or replaced immediately。

Semi-annual and annual maintenance
The relaxation of electrical connections should be checked on a semi-annual basis and firm measures should be taken to ensure the strength of the nuts and bolts at each location. The electrodes in the water level controller should be inspected annually and cleaned with sand cloth to ensure their normal operation。
In addition, the boiler is subject to annual examination by a boiler at a boiler post and, depending on the state of internal scavenging, the ministry of engineering organizes specialized cleaning and cleaning work. For pressured components and instruments, instruments and instruments, the metering office shall perform periodic verifications to ensure their accuracy and safety。
03 notes
In carrying out the maintenance and maintenance tasks described above, safety must be paramount and operational protocols must be followed to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel. At the same time, each maintenance and maintenance should be recorded in detail to facilitate tracking and improvement。
When contact checks, maintenance or maintenance of wires and appliances are carried out, the first step is to cut off the total power supply and clearly mark the warning signs of a ban on gates to ensure safety。
If water, air or pressure components need to be repaired or replaced, the corresponding water and gas sources must be shut down and the internal pressure removed completely. For high-temperature components, operation is subject to cooling to a safe range。
The key to the proper operation of the boiler is to maintain a suitable water level and to stabilize the vapour pressure in the tank. Operators are required to keep a careful record of their operations, while on-duty personnel are required to strengthen the monitoring of equipment and instruments to ensure the safe and stable operation of the boilers and to prevent potential accidents. Relevant records include: boiler operation and operating records; equipment usage logs; and equipment maintenance logs. Maintenance and equipment operators need to be trained accordingly。
