The rule of law protects people. In order to effectively enhance the capacity of law-aware people at the grass-roots level to resolve conflicts with the people's mediators, the rule-of-law services have been brought closer to the population. Recently, the industrial street justice office of the darat flag judicial department of the city of ordos organized the “legal awareness” and the people's ombudsman's spring training conference in connection with the updating of the reality of the situation for new community candidates. More than 40 participants from the “legal communicators” in the bailiwick, the people's ombudsman and the relevant cadres attended the training。

Training is provided on the legal basis and the normative process of mediation, starting with the most frequent incidents involving marital and family disputes, neighbourhood disputes and property disputes. The participants exchanged points of entry, legal basis and communication skills for mediation, and the training was lively. The training of “legal communicators” will make it clear that they will be actively involved in legal literacy, legal services, peace-building, etc., and that they will play an effective role as role models, enrich practical initiatives to bring together legal communicators and people's mediators, and integrate conflict resolution and rule-of-law education。
In the course of operational training, there is a detailed description of the “standards for the production of the people's mediation file”, which is based on practical mediation cases, including the composition of the file, the specifications for filling in it, the documentation of materials and the filing process. Helps people quickly acquire the methodological skills to regulate the production of files and improves their integrity。
The participants in the training have expressed their desire to take this training as a new starting point, strengthen their responsibility and exercise due diligence. The institute will also work closely with neighbourhood communities, strengthen grass-roots mediation mechanisms, effectively resolve conflicts at the grass-roots level, eliminate pre-emerging situations and provide solid guarantees of the rule of law for social cohesion and stability in the districts, and promote efficiency in grass-roots governance.
