An improved programme has been identified from the coded hazard platoon, from overhauling the monitoring equipment to securing the materials, to entering the plaque period, and the construction of a water project to protect the “security string” has continued to tighten。

The construction of the water works is a barrier to the future guardian and a focus for protection during periods of time. During the first quarter, more than 20,000 water projects were implemented throughout the country; in the second quarter, a number of major water projects were launched to capture the tails of the spring “gold season” and to make every effort to advance construction.
