The national water network, which is the weight of the state of yun zewan, is the life artery that underpins development. As a grass-roots young hydrologist, i am deeply honoured to be at the same age as i was during the vast journey to build the network, with a pumping station, and with more than a decade of persistence and innovation, writing “the network has me”. Looking back in early 2012, i was a new soldier who was helpless in the face of all kinds of equipment; today i have grown to be a technical backbone of a single pump station. The years that have taken root have taught me that every drop of bead in the water network gathers the sweat of the grass-roots water people, and that every water project in the country is dependent on the dedication of the younger generation。

Since entering the system in 2012, root pumping stations have been on the line, bearing in mind that the entire population was in a state of shock in the face of various installations at the pumping stations, but that i did not choose to back down and try to adapt to the environment. The location of facilities, their parameters, their state, etc., is measured by means of repeated but simple inspections, and the operational principles of the various types of equipment are understood. By sorting and fine-tuning the desk accounts, it identifies business processes and key elements while keeping “household” numbers, and, based on practical problems encountered, takes the initiative to find ways to address the difficulties and ensure the safe operation of the pumping station without incident. This long-term accumulation has led to an increase in its capabilities and to a “capable” bottom line at a critical time, such as a sudden outburst of aircrews and high-voltage electric jumps during operations, which can be handled calmly and with the confidence and approval of its leaders and colleagues。
Strict engineering to regulate the management of fine engineering. As the main focus of the water industry, the quality of modern water networks can be ensured only if the work is well-managed. In day-to-day management, the safety net is strictly woven “all-chain” and integrated with the operation of the air fleet and the transformation equipment, the maintenance of high-pressure line patrols, the measurement of ground electrical resistance, the verification of safe operational records, the active organization of fire drills, limited space operational exercises, etc., and the enhancement of emergency disposal capabilities. In order to allow “experience” to sink into “norms”, standard documents such as the equipment operating manual, the inspection manual and a series of training materials such as the pumping station operating technology manual were actually produced in conjunction with pumping stations, so that operations could be documented and documented. As the technical director of the pumping station major maintenance project over the years, he has conducted work related to the upgrading of the pumping station, major repairs to the aircrew and support equipment, routine maintenance and standardized construction, with the participation of the entire process of project applications, bids, implementation, acceptance, etc., each of which is closely focused and ensures high-quality completion. The personal involvement of the project has given me a deep sense of the idea of “finished paper”, and many things can only be learned in their own hands and hands. For example, during major repairs to the aircraft, the baht is adhered to, the precision of the micro-level, the accuracy of the aircraft's installation is ensured, the finer configuration of the software and hardware in the area of electrical and automated control is continuously fine-tuned to achieve precision control, and in routine maintenance, standard business processes are adhered to, work is done in depth, etc. From the daily management of the “sweet water flow” to the standardized construction of the “stretching poles” to the major repairs of the “scrutinization”, i have learned that there is no shortcut to construction and management, and that only a sense of responsibility to “time and time” and to the implementation of “doing what is done” will make the pumping station “heart” strong and the water from far away “present” to the family。
A radical breakthrough with challenges, innovation and learning. It is important to remember that the pumping station was first arrived, since the construction was just completed, the various ancillary facilities were not yet complete, and much of the work had to be done on their own. It was carried out in the capacity of a “scaver” alone, for example, to restore power to 35 kv, crawling in a cable ditch; to set up a 10 kv line and complete the route; to screen the lines in various control cabinets for automated control; to green the yard, to dig pits and plant trees in the morning, etc. This resilience has led to the upgrading and transformation of pumping stations and to the simultaneous growth of individuals, ranging from access to the mechanic and electrical base to the automation of deep tillage, to the computerization profession, from mastery of basic operations, understanding of the principles of operation of equipment to innovative breakthroughs, and the completion of in-depth upgrading. It is this accumulation that will make it possible to adapt more effectively to challenges, such as innovative training workshops for the construction of old pumping stations, the replacement of national chemical-controlled products based on network safety needs, and job innovation in the management of pumping stations. In addition, in 2022, i had the privilege of being assigned to provincial centres to study and exercise, during which i was involved in the development of automated movement control systems, automated transport and related specifications, and digital twinning. Continuous upgrading of its operational capacity on higher platforms. I have also been growing up through a growing practice and accumulation of farming. I have sponsored a job-innovation project, which has received first and second prizes in the province-wide technological innovation competition for agroforestry, water and meteorological systems, third prizes in the city of qingdao in 2025, second prize in the province-wide professional skills competition for the water industry, second prize in the water management system, second prize in the water management system, second prize in the water centre safety skills competition, third prize in the first and third prizes, etc. From those who “start from zero” to those who build “intellectual water networks”, i have learned that the challenge is to grow as a “brand stone”, that innovation as a “engine” for breakthroughs and that learning as a “fuel station” for renewal.
