Prior to the race, the institute of reserve construction organized a pre-water rocket production training session. At the training session, the head of the academy's centre for guidance on innovation and entrepreneurship systematically described the physical principles, production steps and safety features of a water rocket, the course of the competition, evaluation rules and incentives. Following the meeting, the members of the group quickly engaged in exploration and production, clashing with creative ideas in the exchange and developing design in collaboration。
On the day of the competition, the contestants placed the water rocket on the launcher and pumped it with a pump, using the force of the water and the force of the compressed air. In the course of the competition, the volunteers were able to carry out their duties and carry out the tasks of orientation, distance measurement, maintenance of equipment and security of order.
