Operational steps:
1. First, to open the maintenance window on the roof, to find the cut-off valve above the dryer, to wrench the screwdriver above, and then to wrench the sharp screws of the cut-off valve inside with a thorn wrench (8-10 mm) or an open wrench (8-10 mm)。
2. Then, to the position of the air-conditioning compressor behind the vehicle, attach the table (low-pressure table (blue), not high-pressure table) and open it. This is when we need to get a flashlight, and we're going to rip the plastic cap off the compressor cut-off valve at 24-27。
3. The installation is located in a secure location, where the engine of the vehicle can be activated and the air conditioner turned on. At the same time, he can press the cooling button and turn on the compressor. He can immediately close the high pressure cut-off valve (thermal tube) with a tool when the barometer pointer starts to break off from the zero or low pressure switch。
4. At this time, the arms of the dryer are removed from the top of the vehicle and the old dryer is removed using two open panels of 24-27 to release the nuts on both sides of the dryer. The newly replaced dryer is directed to a certain position in the direction of the arrow indicated above, with a quantity of refrigerated oil on the interface, and then the hand is sharpened against the piped horn, and the screws are fixed with a 20-27 wrench. Re-install and tighten the upper dryer ring。
5. To connect to the vacuum pump, there is still a need to first turn off the high pressure cut-off valve on the compressor and the pressure table on the table, to activate the vacuum pump and then to open the low pressure table on the table. First, the air in the low pressure tube, evaporation and compressor cavity is pumped out until the pressure gauge pointer is negative 76 (-76), then the low pressure watch valve is removed for a few minutes and then the vacuum pump is shut down. The compressor's high-pressure cut-off valve is then opened to the maximum (end) by means of a tool, and then the dry top is re-opened to the maximum, covered with an outer nut, and the maintenance cap is secured。
Once the above work has been completed, a closer examination is undertaken. When no problems were found, the motors were restarted (lights), the air conditioners were turned on, the cooling button was pressed to observe whether the refrigerant flow in the mirror was sufficient and whether there were bubbles after the compressor operated. At the same time, observation is made of whether the pressure on the low pressure table on the discriminatory tube is normal. If it is low, it means that there is insufficient refrigerant in the system. At this point, refrigerants will be replenished. When the system is functioning, all valves on the table are closed and the instrument connectors are removed.
