Maintenance regulations for production equipment
Chapter i general provisions
Article i purpose. This provision is specifically designed to strengthen the management of equipment by ensuring its safety, rationality and efficiency, by making proper use of the equipment and by keeping the equipment in good working condition on a regular basis in order to ensure its long-term, safe and stable operation。
Article 2 related duties。
1. The equipment management section of the ministry of production is responsible for the day-to-day management of production equipment, such as billing, repair and maintenance。
The workshops are responsible for the use and maintenance of the production equipment in their respective sectors。
3. The general manager is responsible for the purchase of new equipment。
4. The ministry of technology is involved in the adaptation and acceptance of new equipment。
Chapter ii provisions for the use of production equipment
Article iii: once the production equipment has been certified, the department in which it is used conducts the process of acquiring the equipment。
Article iv. The ministry of production prepares and distributes, as required, the instructions for the operation of production equipment to the department of use. Precision, large equipment or critical, special process equipment, as well as equipment for testing and testing, shall be subject to appropriate operational protocols, requiring that the relevant operator receive appropriate training and that the operator, through an on-site test, ascertains that he or she is qualified for the operation。
Article v. Equipment operating in two or three shifts shall be handed over to the person on whom the post is transferred for the operation of the equipment, including anomalies in its operation, changes in its original defects, changes in its operating parameters, malfunctions and disposals。
Article vi: in the event that the operator discovers that there is a serious malfunction in the equipment and that there is a risk of an accident, he or she shall immediately cease to report the operation by level and take appropriate security measures。
Article vii. The user department must designate a person to be responsible for the day-to-day use of the equipment and strictly enforce the operational protocols and methods of use. Penalties shall be imposed for non-compliance resulting in loss or damage to equipment。
Article 8. For precious equipment (values greater than x x dollars), specialized equipment management files shall be established。
Article 9. Mechanical equipment shall be provided with appropriate safety devices and visible markings in case of parking machine removal, refuelling, inspection, repair and in case of accident in order to prevent other persons from starting。
Article x. Operators who are not present in their posts are not allowed to operate their aircraft without authorization。
Article xi. The equipment management section has oversight responsibility for the state of use of equipment and has authority to redeploy equipment that has been idle for long periods of time without justification, is not reasonably used or is underutilized。
Chapter iii maintenance provisions for equipment
Article 12. Production equipment used on site shall be consistently numbered to facilitate maintenance。
Article xiii. The ministry of production establishes annual maintenance plans for production equipment in accordance with the requirements of equipment performance, frequency of use, etc., and strictly implements them as planned。
The ministry of production requires equipment operators to perform routine maintenance and maintenance of the equipment. Machine failure in day-to-day production should be repaired in a timely manner and should be reported to the head of department in a timely manner. At the end of the repairs, the production equipment repair record should be completed, and the user of the repaired equipment should sign the inspection order. The ministry of production shall record the major overhaul on the corresponding equipment management card。
Article 15: operating workers should carefully inspect the equipment after the first shift, wipe all parts and add lubricant, keep the equipment always in order, clean, lubricate and secure, and eliminate leaks in a timely manner, and the equipment in the first shift should be removed in a timely manner and a shift record carefully prepared。
Article 16 - partial dismantling and inspection of equipment is planned, parts are cleaned, oils and gas pipelines are purged, worn-out parts are replaced, co-ordinated gaps between parts of the equipment are adjusted and the parts of the equipment are secured。
Article 17: operating workers cooperate with partial disassembly inspection and repair of equipment, replacement or polishing of parts, cleaning, oil exchange, inspection and repair of electrical components to meet the requirements of the technical condition of the equipment。
Article 18. Damages, losses or other accidents to equipment shall be reported promptly to the equipment management department, the cause of the damage, the statement of loss and the settlement of the accounts。
In general, all equipment is not subject to self-dismantling, and in cases where it is necessary to do so, requests for approval by the equipment management section are required。
Article 20 for equipment that is unrepairable or of no repair value, the user department shall apply for the end-of-life application, complete a technical certificate of the end-of-life of the facility with a technical certificate, be reviewed by the manager of the ministry of production and reported to the general manager for the end of the service with the approval of the general manager, and be indicated in the equipment management card and in the production equipment desk account。
