
On 30 may, the provincial alliance of intellectuals from outside the party held three sessions of the council, in which it deployed education on the theme “study rules, styles, image of trees” and conducted an exchange of views on the important statement of the general secretary of the learning association, xi jinping, on the strengthening of the party's culture and the spirit of the eight provisions of the central committee of the communist party and their implementation. Wang fai, vice-minister of the ministry of provincial affairs, attended and addressed the meeting, which was chaired by gao zonghong, vice-president of the federation and deputy director of the provincial political consultative committee。

The conference stressed that the organization of non-partisan education on the theme of “study rules, strong culture, image of trees” is both an ongoing effort with the communist party to implement the eight central provisions of the convention, along with the resonance of spiritual learning education, and a response to the new era's real need to strengthen china's characteristic socialist forces of political participation. Political standing must be raised, awareness must be consolidated, and the spirit, initiative and commitment to thematic education must be strengthened. To play its role as a platform for organizing associations, to support the in-depth study of non-partisans of the important ideas of the secretary-general xi to strengthen the party, to follow up on the implementation of the eight provisions of the central committee of the chinese communist party and the spirit of its rules of procedure, to continue the positive tradition of multiparty cooperation, to promote the long-lasting development of the culture, to consolidate and deepen the educational achievements of discipline, to build new results in multi-party cooperation, and to contribute wisdom and strength to the effort to write a modern chinese seal。

Prior to the meeting, participants went to the provincial archives to visit the exhibition “the chinese communists' home wind” and the joint exhibition of the long triangle archives in commemoration of the 75th anniversary of the victory in the battle against the river. Some 70 members of the three boards of the provincial extra-party intellectuals association attended the meeting。
