History
The temple, also known as the tai chi palace, is a temple complex dedicated to the chinese people and their ancestors. Established in 19 years (1483), after numerous repairs and extensions, the last of which was carried out in 11 to 13 years (1885-1887)。
Building characteristics
The temple is located in the city of tian shui city, and the whole building is located northwards southwards, organized according to the traditional “four into the four houses” “four to the back”. The temple has not only facilities such as theatres, the open lightway workshops, but also the millennia of trees and sanctuary, adding a sense of historical weight。
Tour experience
You can feel a strong cultural atmosphere when you visit the temple. The temples are rich in historical relics, displaying the great events and far-reaching effects of voodoo culture. In addition, the temple is followed by the tian shui city museum, which is made up of a group of ancient building compounds showing more historical culture about the tian shui region。
Nature
There are two entrances to and exits from the fowl temple area, the main gate being the south gate at the fowl temple square and the other being the north entrance on the west road of chengqi boulevard. The complete tour of the entire area and the museum section, which took approximately two to three hours, is a cultural site worth a trip。
