
Good skin was never built by piles of skin, but rather by looking for the right ideas and continuing to streamline. Using every step on a blade, the skin is stable, delicate and naturally younger than its peers。
I. Core principles: less is more

Ii. Daily basic skin care (morning and later)
Morning: wake up + protection
1. Moderate cleaning
Oil coats can be used to wash their faces with warm and clean surfaces, dry/sensitized skin, and to protect the leather membrane。
2. Water recharge and wetting
Skin/splend water with light water, with no alcohol or perfume。
3. Sunscreening (most important)
Sunscreen must be worn during the day, sunscreen = first step against old age, marking, laxity and darkness。
Evening: cleaning + repair
1. Complete cleaning
Make-up/skinning must first remove the makeup and then clean the face so as not to suffocate and keep your mouth shut。
2. Efficacy protection
- oxygen pox: aqueous acid/spic acid (locally, not full-face brush)
- dark dry skin: aeroamide/vic (light even colour)
- precipient muscles: yellow alcohol/supple (restricted, gradual)
3. Wet locking
Lactation or face cream, one by one, locks the water and keeps the skin fixed all night。
Iii. A week of focused care
- 1 mild de-arcophagus / clean mask (1 oil coating per week, 2 dry leather per week)
- 2-3 times to refill the water mask, not every day, but overwater. Face
Iv. More important than skin protection
- slept or not
- no sugar, no milk, no sugar, no sugar
- drink more water, eat more fruit and vegetables
- don't touch your face, don't change your pillow
