This year marks the thirtieth anniversary of the implementation of the east-west collaborative strategy. For 30 years, the provinces of fujian and ningxia have adhered to the principles of “complementarity of strengths, mutual benefit, long-term collaboration and joint development” and have developed a number of models of industrial collaboration. New industries, ranging from traditional farming to today's big data and high-end equipment manufacturing, flourished in ningxia, from farmers' own jobs to today's ningxia, where more than 30 special labour brands were developed... ... Over the past 30 years, chongning has been implementing more than 4,100 projects, benefiting 2. 44 million people in ningxia。

From talent development to consumer support, pairs of east and west, a hot piece of western land, are recapturing, extending and innovating about the experiences of zhong ning and moving out of the distinctive paths of mutual enrichment. In 2021, the fight against poverty was fully won, and the problem of absolute poverty was resolved once and for all. After five years of transition, the gains from poverty have been continuously consolidated. From this year onwards, east-west collaborations have moved into the normalization phase. General secretary xi stressed the need to take stock of the useful experience of using collaborations such as guanning, to further refine collaboration mechanisms, optimize collaboration and expand areas of collaboration。
