How does an electromagnetic door lock work
Electromagnetic door locks
Magnetic locks, also called sorbent locks, generate huge magnetic force from the electrocution locks, any object with iron in close proximity is sucked in, and the size of the magnetic force is associated with greater exposure to the area, and the greater the traction of the object with iron object, the greater the traction of which is not easily pulled away, the magnetic force is converted to magnetism, the magnetic force is itself a force, and the force is size, the size of the magnetic force can be designed as required, so the electromagnetic locks are also severely limited in their configuration, with 180 kg, 280kg, 380kg, etc. This magnetic force, if we're strong enough, we can pull it away, which is the separation of the electromagnetic locks。
Electromagnetic locks (or electromagnetic locks) are designed, like electromagnetics, to take advantage of the principle of electron magnetism, and when currents pass through silicon steel, the electromagnetic locks produce a strong insulation to tighten the adsorption to lock the door. Very small currents also make the electromagnetic locks very magnetic, and the shut-down system that effectively controls the power of the electromagnetic locks recognizes that the power is out when the person is correct and the electromagnetic locks are out of suction. Because the electromagnetic locks do not have complex mechanical structures and the construction of locks, they are subject to route control at the escape gate or the fire gate. The lock is protected internally with epoxy ester (epoxy). The current insulation strength of the electromagnetic lock is expressed in lb (pounds) and is tested by static pressure. The so-called static pressurization is the gradual increase in the pull of the adsorption plate after the electromagnetic lock has been activated, and when the insulation exceeds the insulation of the electromagnetic lock, the data of the pull of the magnetic lock is the pull value. And the electromagnetic lock and the adsorbing iron plate must be face-to-face and straight-line pressure (collinear load test), which is the largest. The adsorption of iron plates should be subject to short-term magnetization due to the long period of exposure to electromagnetic magnetism。
Electromagnetic door lock installation
The installation of electromagnetic locks varies from door to door, and the following is about the installation of electromagnetic locks。
Surface
The interior door for surface installation will require assistive fittings, which will be made of high-quality and decorative imported aluminium: z&l stands. Each set of z& l racks contains three pieces of aluminium fittings, of which one longer l1 is for the supply chain main; two shorter z2 and z3 are for the relay plate. Z2 is installed on the door, with five sediment holes on the side, which are fixed on the door; z3 is used to fix the barbed wire plate, with three holes on the side, and the central hole is aligned with the central hole of the barbed. The method of installation is described below。
The l1 of the z&l stand is placed in a locked position, and a self-attack screw is attached to the door frame or wall。
Lock the main lock on the l1 shelf with a hexagon wrench。
The position of the l1 is that of the z2 are attached to the door。
(b) insert the barboard into the three holes of z1 for false fixation, and then close the door so that the magnets and the barboards closely match and determine the interface position of z1 and z2. (the relative position of z1 and z2 can be adjusted according to the thickness of the door)。
Locked z1, z2, and attached to z1 with a six-angled screw in m8*25 (in which the screws, iron plates, gaskets, rubber pads in turn)。
In the case of double doors, use two z& l racks。

The inside door is the same as the outside door is installed. For the wooden door, if the side of the door is large enough to bury the lock in the subject, the installation is very simple, only by digging a suitable tank and locking it into a screw, and the normal builder will install the lock. Aluminium alloy doors are usually empty, and we've designed two installation methods for this feature。
(c) internal liner block method: put a suitable piece of wood in the door frame and lock the screw. This method is easily accessible and simple to install. This method is mostly used for actual installation。
Using the fittings method: this method makes it easier to install with the fittings that we provide (type + u)。
Installations: care must be taken that the side of the door is slightly larger than the size of the selected lock when entering the installation。
Glass gate
Aluminium alloy (or other material) frame glass doors are installed in the same manner as the general door in-place installation。
Installation note
Aluminium alloy frame is required for the glass door, which requires a distance of less than 6 mm from the doorside to the door frame because of the requirement of a lock-in and distance less than 6 mm, and a stable quality for the spring, which otherwise affects the location of the lock。
1. The installation of unboxed glass doors on the ubk stand requires accessories to support the installation. The method of installation is basically the same as the surface installation method of the normal door, but is not the same as the installation of the barbed iron in the third step, as shown in figure ix. The u-tanks, together with rubber cushions and stainless steel mats (on the side of the chain screws), are placed on the glass door, with a headless six-pointed screw locked on the glass door, and are then attached to the u-plate. For the thickness of the glass doors and the electromagnetic locks of different models, we provide different types of fittings: the ubk stand。
2. The ab frame is used to install a glass-specific glue (or double-sided tape) from the ab frame to the glass door, and then a relay plate to the frame。
