Triangular belt transfer

2. Wheeled assembly
The wheel and axle are generally transient and the power is transmitted by keys. When assembled, you first press the chutes in the axle and in the rim, and then apply the lubricant to the axle. When pressurized, it would be preferable to use a special spiral load tool rather than hitting the end of the wheel. When packed, the pedals can be used to tap the various parts of the wheel's rim to eliminate the slanting。
3. Inspection with wheeled assembly
When the wheel is mounted on the axis, the radial direction and end of the wheel shall be checked at the axis. Larger loads can be checked on needles and smaller loads on percentage scales。
The interlocking position of the wheel has a significant impact on the quality of the carryover. If diverted, it can lead to uneven tension, increased wear and tear and even self-gliding. Therefore, the reciprocal positions between the wheels also need to be checked and adjusted. If the centre is small, it can be inspected by cast iron; if the centre is larger, it can be inspected by draught。
Installation of belts
When a belt is installed, it is placed in the sink of the small wheel, then placed on the wheel, which turns by the wheel, while the belt is drawn into the wheel with the top. The position should be slightly higher than that of the sink and should not fall into the bottom of the sink or be too high for the convection. When strapped, the tension must be appropriate. In general, when the new belt is installed, its initial pull is stronger than normal, so that it will remain somewhat more tight after a period of work. It's usually better to have a tight hand to press around 15 mm。
