At the eleventh china international air and space fair, held on 1 november in joohai, the vortex engines of “yayu dragon”, “ginsha” and 1600kw were first physically displayed. This is the first important product to be displayed and carried by the newly established chinese air engine group (known as “china's air force”) in august。
It is described that the “jamalong” engine is the country's first advanced vortex engine, which is fully autonomous and has an autonomous intellectual property right, with a compact and superior structure, equipped with a new generation of 5. 5-ton helicopters; the “ginsa” engine is a civil technology validation machine developed on the basis of a certain type of autonomous development of the vortex engine, which is used for the exploration and clearance of critical seaworthy technologies and for the development of an exploration path for autonomous innovation for our civil vortex engine; and the 1600kw vortex engine, which has been developed autonomously through the integration of innovation, has filled the gap in the domestic power-grade vortex engine type。
In the areas of engines and gas turbines, there is a physical display of a well-known “too powerful” vortex engine, which is a high-performance, boosted vortex engine with its own intellectual property rights。
Representative products such as the vortex-16 engine, the civil vortex vortex engine and the ro11o heavy gas turbine are modelled. Of these, vortex-16, developed on the basis of the lowest full-life cost, has low fuel consumption, high reliability, etc., and applies to 7-8 tons of double-jet helicopters and 13 tons of triple-jet helicopters; ro11o heavy gas turbines are civil type 1 single-axis, front-out industrial gas turbines for power generation, for basic load power or peak load peaks。
The control system exhibition area uses a combination of physical, simulation and acoustic light, allowing the viewer to visualize the important role of the control system in engine operation; the transmission system exhibition area is presented through a typical model of the main helipad gear gear system, which vividly shows the process of transmitting engine output power to the main rotor wing and tailings; and, in the material and process areas, the application of a range of materials and processes, such as single-leaf blades, powder discs, and graphite products.
