I. The construction core of the electric skylight of a vehicle consists mainly of a few parts of the slide system, drive, control module and switch equipment。
With regard to the working principles of the structural components:
The slide system for electric skylights consists mainly of core components such as steering blocks, directional sales, poles, shelves and front and back pillows。
The motors of the electric skylight work in concert with components such as electric motors, transmission systems and slide spirals。
(1) electric motivation: the opening of the skylight is powered by a moving system, whose direction of rotation can be adjusted by changing the direction of the current, thus enabling the opening of the skylight。
(2) transmutation system: this system includes, inter alia, snail movement, intermediate gear transfer and driving gear. They receive the power of the electric motor, change the direction of the rotation and then transmit it to the slide spiral, so that the skylight can open up; at the same time, the power is passed to the cam, so that the cam moves the limit switch for shut-down control. The mid gears rotate with the snails, while the driving gears are driven by the mid gears, which in turn leads to the opening of glass。
Switches for electric skylights include control switches and limit switches。
(1) control switches: includes slide switches and tilt switches with open, closed, and interrupted three slots, respectively. By operating these switches, the electrical drive of the skylight drive can be controlled in reverse and the skylight operates in different states。
(2) limit switches: primarily used to detect the location of skylights, similar to process switches. It achieves the disconnection and closure of switches by shifting the cam. When the motor output power is generated, the wheel is driven by a slowing of the gears and slides and the cam turns, and the bumping part of the cam is activated by the switch, thereby achieving automatic control of the skylight。
The control module is a digital control circuit that integrates timers, beepers and relays. It receives information entered by switches, carries out logical calculations through digital circuits and determines the actions of relays, thus controlling the opening of skylights。
