What is securitization of assets
The narrow term securitization of assets (assert security) refers to the process whereby an enterprise or financial institution combines its assets that generate cash proceeds and sells them to a special purpose carrier (spv) and then to a securities product supported by a cash flow from the underlying asset after the creation of the special purpose carrier。

In practice, loan agreements or receivables, generally provided by banks, credit card companies or other credit providers, are the underlying assets and carry the collateral function, bonds or securities issued. It is more inclusive and is now widely available in credit card loans, student loans, automobile loans, enterprise rental loans, tourism loans, mortgages, etc., with mortgages known as “mbs”. The main providers are commercial banks and issuers. Most of the rest are classified as abs。
In essence, securitization of assets is the packaging of cash flows from underlying assets into easy-to-sale securities, which will immediately realize predictable future cash flows. Therefore, predictable cash flows are a prerequisite for securitization。

Broadly defined asset securitization not only includes traditional asset securitization, but also extends the base asset to equity assets such as specific income and business operating assets, and may even be further consolidated with credit derivatives。
Basic classification of asset securitization products

In more mature european and american markets for asset securitization, traditional securitized assets include bank-claimed assets such as housing mortgages, commercial real estate mortgages, credit card loans, car loans, business loans, etc., as well as corporate claims assets such as equipment leasing. These traditional securitization products are generally referred to as abs (asset-backed securitys), but in the united states they are usually referred to as mbs (mortgage-backed securitys) based on real estate mortgages, while the rest are referred to as abs。

Introduction to pressurizer prices, working principles and applications [details]
The pressurizer is a wind delivery device that is not very common or common in our lives, and that may not be known to many people, but is closely related to our lives. There are many malls, offices, hospitals, etc., where pressurizers are installed to prevent occasional need in case of fire. The pressurizers increase the rescue time for firefighters and play an important role in critical life-saving moments. The following is a summary of the pri

What's the difference between a small chiller and a domestic air conditioner
The use of chillers has gradually increased in life, but there is some doubt as to what a chiller is. And what does the heater do? Can it replace the air conditioner? This is a short time to tell you how the heater compares with the air conditioner。The cooler (evaporation cooler) cooler principle is that when the winder operates, negative pressure is generated into the cavity, resulting in excessive humid flow of wet curtains outside the a

How does the centrifuge work
I'm sure you're familiar with the heaters because they're used in our lives, and you don't know if you know the centrifuges.a machine that relies on imported mechanical energy to increase the pressure of gases and to discharge them, which is an aerodynamic machine. Centrifuges are widely used for ventilation, dusting and cooling in factories, mines, tunnels, cooling towers, vehicles, ships and buildings; ventilation and winding in boilers and ind

How much for a home chiller and how much work
You should know that home-based chillers, which are common to us with very large surface areas of specialty paper, a wet curtain and energy-efficient, energy-efficient wind plant, and a well-functioning water-cycle system and float valves, are made up of shell and electronic components, and that you have to pay due attention to the energy-saving equipment of home-based chillers, mainly when selecting to buy them, and to consider the mass and pric
