Iii. Procurement content:
(i) scope of maintenance services:
1. Procurement of individual maintenance services for the following types of equipment in the form of maintenance service agreements, as follows:

(ii) content of maintenance services
The vendor should provide 5*8 hours of technical support services, including telephone support, e-mail, etc。

The supplier performed fault detection and diagnosis of equipment for national cargo repair。
2) equipment maintenance services
Out-of-scope products under original plant warranty: the supplier provides maintenance services at the original plant by preparing a quotation at the agreed price。
Products covered by the original plant warranty: the supplier provides the failure equipment repair service in accordance with the original plant warranty policy。
(iii) service requirements
1. All replacement parts and accessories are completely new。
2. The replacement parts, accessories, shall be subject to the remaining duration of the original warranty period or 90 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer. The replacement of the main components has a recalculated original plant warranty period。
All risks incurred during the delivery of the repair product to the supplier from the national voyage to the national voyage are borne by the supplier。
For products sent under normal warranty, the maintenance cycle is 10 working days and for insured products 20 working days. The supplier is required to inform the national cargo carrier, by telephone/e-mail, of the reasons for the inability to repair the product and the exact time of repair, one working day prior to the deadline set above。

Supplier qualification requirements:
(i) the supplier must be a legal person or other organization registered in the people's republic of china with the capacity to assume civil liability independently, with a legally valid operating licence and an operational scope covering the project (which provides an updated and valid operating licence)。
(ii) a sound business reputation and a sound financial accounting system; no significant irregularities in operating activities have been recorded in the last three years。
(iii) have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law。
(iv) non-china shipping group blacklist suppliers; non-china shipping group suppliers whose names are on the list of trading enterprises are prohibited; and participation in the china shipping group procurement project for the last three years without misconduct。
(v) to agree to participate in the project in a competitive manner and ultimately to pass the qualification of suppliers of national cargo shipping
(vi) in the last three years, the credit information reports of enterprises in the national business credit information system (http://www. Gsxt. Gov. Cn/index. Htm) have not been included in the list of serious breach of trust enterprises (blacklist), and the chinese government procurement network (http://www. Ccgp. Gov. (x) non-accessible suppliers are not eligible to participate in the project。
(xi) subcontracts and subcontracts are not accepted for this project。
