Many candidates who learn that they can be interviewed for the civil service examination are often under stress, very stressful, unsatisfied and unsatisfied, which can affect the normal functioning of the interview. Therefore, some suggestions are made in this paper for a change in the mentalities of the interview which, it is hoped, will help candidates to respond with a good mindset。
I. Treating his or her written test results correctly. Many of the candidates were complacent when they saw that their written test results were the names of candidates who could be interviewed for the same job and thought that they could win and be blindly optimistic. Some candidates lack self-confidence because they are the latter and even give up. In fact, neither is desirable, as the last one has been lost and the last one has won countless cases. Therefore, it is recommended that candidates, regardless of whether their written test results are the first of the interviewees, start to face a new journey with the right mindset, with positive and full emotions。
Second, to avoid over expectations. Because of the pressure to find jobs, the intense competition of civil servants and the high level of self-esteem, many candidates have very high expectations of interviews, and feel that they have entered the interview, they must succeed and put too much pressure on themselves, so that, while they can give themselves a strong moral incentive to prepare for the examination, it is highly counterproductive, and many candidates suffer from a state of pre-test sleeplessness and poor food, leaving them in a state of mental discomfort and not being able to respond in a very good state at the end of the interview. Candidates should therefore avoid overlooking the interview and not think about the question of whether or not they could pass, but focus on carefully preparing the interview。
3. Maintain a good learning and living habits. Prior to the examination, the candidates are required to make reasonable arrangements for daily study and rest periods. Daily study time can be arranged in such a way that it is not too long, that it is necessary to ensure that it has sufficient sleep time and that it allows for as much recreation and exercise as possible. And also, eat fresh food and fruits. All of this helps to maintain a good mind。
(iv) make the psychological adjustments for the day of the interview. The psychological reconciliation on the day of the interview played a crucial role in the interview. On the day of the interview, the candidate must check that he or she has his or her requirements and the relevant documentation, and then tell himself that he or she can be successful and confident. It is important to get to the examination room ahead of schedule so as to avoid rushing too quickly to create panic. Upon arrival at the examination, you can talk to other candidates, but try to avoid talking about the examination and not arguing with others. During the waiting period for the examination in the waiting area, stress can be reduced by taking several deep breaths. And psychologically suggesting that you're ready, that the examiners are very nice, that this is a simple test, that's fine... If your own sequence number is in the back, you can rest a bit, or you can sit in a chair, close your eyes and look back in your head at different kinds of questions. When it comes to the examination itself, take a deep breath before entering the examination and enter the examination with full confidence。
5. Faced with their interview results. Most of the interviews for civil servants were held on the day of the interview, and in some cases the results of the examination were not communicated until some time later. If it succeeds in interviewing itself, it can relax a little, but it cannot be taken lightly and start preparing for a later medical examination and political trial. If you fail, you must believe that you are great, because you stand out from a large number of candidates, and that you must take stock of your experience and lessons learned during this interview and build valuable experience for the next interview。
