At this meeting, the two leaders jointly signed a cooperation agreement for the official opening of arbitration posts, marking a new stage in the normative and normalization of the mechanism for the settlement of consumer disputes in the region. At the same time, the leaders observed the 12315 complaints and reporting centre of the sian city market supervisory authority, the xian city consumer association premises and the xian city consumer association workstation of the xian arbitration commission, looking at the workstation hardware and software configuration, the dispute processing process, the coordinated disposal desk accounts, etc., in order to gain a better understanding of the decoupling, arbitration docking, single-flowing, closed-ring disposal, etc., and to provide basic safeguards for the efficient operation of the ccp+ arbitration mechanism and its dissemination throughout the region。
