Thanks to the encouragement and support of the mba center, my mentor, mr. Ho, and my fellow dissertation team, the results of the external examination of my paper on 26 april 2022 were excellent。
At the beginning of the dissertation, the mba centre prepared the dissertation guidance of professor ting for the next student, when, in order to obtain a fuller picture of the writing of the papers, it purchased the guide to the writing of specialized m. The mind of the paper
Two mentalities
Since the beginning of the writing of the paper, the child has once again been exposed to delays in writing. It's true that sometimes you think of the paper as a “big thing”, and it's a little emotional。
In particular, many mba students are in positions of responsibility, in companies, in families, and in a fragmented manner, and have finally managed their jobs, and are tired of being alone. Weekends are more difficult to relax and prepare for next week's busy work。
In retrospect, it is important to look at the mindset of the paper. Since a paper is to be written, the positive value and motivation of writing is to be explored。
A basket of harvests
On the positive side, more than a year of writing has yielded me a basket of results. For example, we met a group of friends, we talked about papers, we talked about work, we talked about life, we talked about a lot of stress。
For example, in order to acquire skills, i have written an optimisation of the competency model for non-professional, non-professional work and the training system, and, after more than a year of writing, i have applied the concept of competence to many aspects of work, learning and life, reflecting on the competencies of the target job, the competencies that parents need to have, thus contributing more effectively to a series of changes。
And to build a better structure of thinking. From observation of a phenomenon, the identification of problems, the analysis of causes, the formulation of measures to address them, the application of measures, and the implementation of safeguards and their subsequent iterative upgrading, a closed circle of thinking has been created。
For example, in more than one year of squeezing toothpaste-style fragmentation writings, the habit of decomposing large targets, “spreading” missions was developed. Of course, if the conditions are met and the time is spent, the thinking will be more coherent。
These gains, accompanied by the core habits that have been developed, are having a positive and continuing impact in my life。
Methodological references in dissertation
Target breakdown and time recording
Following the mid-term examination, and following the rhythm of the mentors, i divided the papers into three sub-units, each writing with the goal of completing a subsection (except for those with sufficient time, with greater targets set)。
Recording of each writing starting from mid-term adoption, starting on 6 november 2021 and ending on 23 may 22, is a rough record of 88 hours。
Before weighting, the maximum time for writing a dissertation is three hours at a time, 30 minutes. With regard to the synthesis section of the reference literature, i basically search for a review of the periodicals, each reading of which contains a mark extract. The earlier period was more time-consuming, the later period was less time-consuming, and the result was 5. 4 per cent。
In combing the literature, they exercise their ability to search for information, to grab points, to organize and to express themselves。
The following is a good foreign language for students. Once a high-quality foreign literature has been found, it is possible to look at its references and continue to search for references。
