1. When the air presses are not activated, a stoppage is required to check whether the automatic air switch jumps, whether the voltage is normal, whether the valve is shut down, etc. If the air pressure is not activated, the machine should be checked for control of the voltage. If yes, check whether the control relay and the time relay are functioning properly; if not, check if the fuse, etc., is intact。
2. When the air presser is not supplying gas, it is necessary to check the movement of the control tank, the movement of the butterfly valve is checked for mechanical failure, the next step is to screen the loading of the electromagnetic isv wire for insulation, and to check the circuit one by one。
3. If the exhaust pressure of the air press is too low, it is necessary to check whether the manual valves and the regulation of the electromagnetic valves 2sv are leaking, or whether there are leaks in the airway, whether the butterfly valves are fully open, whether the infusion regulator is working properly, whether the electromagnetic valves 3sv, 8sv are leaking, whether the pressure switch is recalibrated, etc.
4. In the event of a sudden shutdown in the operation of a voltage press, it is necessary to check the normal automatic shutdown, first, the normal automatic shutdown of the platform, then the motion of the automatic switch and thermal relay, whether it caused the cooling of the fans to stop, or the high temperature or pressure of the exhaust, and whether the electrical voltage of the machine is normal。
5. Air pressurers typically vent at 80-95°c and, if not cooled, may cause machine failure due to high temperatures. At this point, it is necessary to check whether ambient temperature, compressor lubricating oil, oil levels, oils, cooling fans, etc. Are normal; to check whether the temperature valve components, the oil-cut electromagnetic valve voltage and the valve parts are normal, and to replace them if the film is damaged, the temperature-controlled valve core is inactive, etc.; and to see if the oil filter is dirty or replaced。
6 in the event of a shutdown caused by an air-voltage jet, it is necessary to check whether the 5sv severed electromagnetic valves have a voltage and the mechanical component is normal; if normal, check the anti-reverse valves and reassemble or replace them。
7. In the event of excessive consumption of air pressurized oil, check whether the condensed water discharges from the water-spilling valves contain too much oil, whether the compactor oil levels are high, whether the small pressure valves are normal to open pressure, whether the backpipes are blocked and whether the oil separation cores are blocked. These problems have implications for fuel consumption and should be addressed in a timely manner。
