So i keep working on this concept, helping, leading and influencing colleagues around me while individuals grow and grow, and i believe that the work of our team will be successful only if we all progress and succeed. This is my philosophy of life and the direction i have been making。
If this is personal learning, then last month's experience was a exercise for me. The company arranged for me to chair the project in its entirety in july of last year, an experience that was enormous for me in terms of exercise, impact and harvest, or even more than the sum of the harvests that i had during the rest of the year, so i cannot fail to mention. At the outset, i would like to thank the organization for its trust in me, which has provided me with the opportunity to exercise myself, to demonstrate myself and to enhance my platform and opportunities. Iii. Inadequate
While the year 20xx was rich in results and awareness, it was equally deficient。
1. While this year's mandate is largely complete, there is still, to varying degrees, some lag, indicating that efforts are still needed to manage progress and continue to develop its potential. In particular, the construction of the 8# building is lagging behind and effective remedial measures have not been found, resulting in overstretching of the later stages of the 8# building。
2. The relationship between progress-taking and quality assurance is not properly addressed. The entire period of work in 20xx was extremely tight, with a special 3# building in the south tower, which was resumed after the spring festival on 20 march, and it took only six months to complete the painting, curtain wall construction and renovation, making cross-construction, multi-professional and multi-work management coordination extremely difficult. Over-biased focus on progress during the rush has resulted in some part of the quality sacrifice, with late delivery being used as a counter-educative and criticized by company leaders。
3. Progress management is more influenced by the quality and compatibility of the construction unit itself. The lack of effective management practices and measures, such as the two construction sites, which are less aware of the responsibility for managing synergies, has resulted in the construction of the main 8# building for nearly a year, resulting in a very tight overall construction period for the later 20xx year. Iv. Plan
