(extension of one year)
You can go to the specified purchase channel to purchase an extended warranty service valid for 12 months. We will provide you with an extended warranty service for a period of 12 months from the date on which the extended warranty service becomes effective, in addition to the mandatory warranty service under the three-pack provision (one-year warranty period). Under normal conditions of use, the guaranteed product (the mainframe only) suffers from a failure due to the quality of the product itself and is not artificially damaged. Normal wear and tear/painting/scratching, etc., which does not affect the performance of non-products within the scope of the three-pack repair service requirement, or quality problems and normal wear and tear/painting/scratch in product use, as well as attachments such as batteries, chargers, data lines, etc., are not covered by warranty. When the cumulative cost of maintenance services during the extended warranty service period exceeds the retail price recommended by the manufacturer when the product is on the market, the excess must be borne by the customer itself. During the extended warranty service period, the spare parts of products that were replaced by extended warranty services will be recovered free of charge from the official authorized service centres of the samsung electronics.
