Relevant units:
In order to strengthen the standardization of intellectual property rights in our city, to raise the level of intellectual property administration and protection, and to solve vigorously the outstanding problems of current standards in the area of data intellectual property, copyright, trademark value assessment, irregularities in methods and lack of credibility of results, and to contribute to the high quality development of intellectual property rights in our city, the shenzhen institute of standards and technology intends to work with relevant agencies and enterprises to develop corporate standards. The criteria for the establishment of a group are addressed to the public call for participation in the work of the community, as follows:

Ii. Responsibilities of participants
1. To appoint a person to participate in the drafting of the standards and to work actively with the lead units in carrying out the tasks assigned to them on time。
2. To participate in the discussion and revision of the draft standards, to present constructive comments and suggestions and to work together to improve the content of the standards。
3. Work with lead units in the standard-setting process to facilitate the successful completion of standard-setting tasks。
4. Work with lead units on the validation and application of standards to provide a practical basis for their implementation and dissemination。
5. Assist lead units in the dissemination and dissemination of standards, using their own industry resources, to communicate the core values and relevance of standards to relevant parties and to enhance their industry recognition and impact。
Participation requirements
1. Have an independent legal personality, engage in intellectual property-related work and possess a certain level of intellectual property expertise and practical experience。
2. Be in a position to assign responsibility for this task and to ensure the stability and professionalism of personnel。
To be able to provide relevant information and case studies of the unit in the field of intellectual property, to inform and draw upon standard setting。
Method of application
Intended applicants are requested to complete the standard unit declaration form for groups by 31 march 2026 (see annex) and send word and stamped PDF to contact mailboxes。
