The recent signing of a cooperation agreement between the municipality and the centre for the study of intellectual property development of the national intellectual property agency, the signing of the agreement on cooperation in the application of intellectual property to promote research for the development of innovative green development in lu liang, and the opening of the post of the centre for the study of intellectual property development in lu li lian, mark an important step forward in the development of green innovation in the service industry by opening the entire chain of intellectual property rights。
Our city serves as an important national energy chemical base and an important region for the transformation and upgrading of shanxi industries. In recent years, our city has been instrumental in building the “985” priority industrial chain, promoting a “black-and-white” industry, known as the traditional coal, aluminium and alcohol industries, with a strong foundation that underpins the transition; promoting the “two new ones”, namely, big data, big tourism, new energy sources, new materials, new equipment and new industries, with the potential to lead the transition; and seizing shanxi's only opportunity to pilot a private capital transfer project to support private sector economic development. In the first three quarters of the year, the city-wide solid investment, the growth of services and services were at the forefront of the shanxi province, the industrial economy and the aggregate public budget revenues were at the top of the shanxi province, and quality development entered the fast track。
Intellectual property rights work is both a precursor to innovation-driven development and a hard-core underpinning for shaping the innovation environment and optimizing the business environment. Our city insists on intellectual property protection and development as important tools for creating an innovative, business-like “two environment” as an important step towards accelerating transformational development, the “two missions” of the energy revolution, high-level planning, high standards and high-quality implementation, the establishment of the province-wide first standard system for intellectual property protection, the second most efficient registration of trademarks, the first largest settlement of patent infringement disputes, the 1. 1 billion-dollar intent to secure a pledge of intellectual property, the visible success of the construction of a strong intellectual property market, and the availability of intellectual property rights as a key link to high-quality development。
In the first half of this year, the centre for the study of the development of intellectual property rights (cedip) has carried out a number of research on intellectual property in my city, exchanging intellectual property with the relevant ministries and agencies in an effort to find a new model for helping to transform development from an intellectual property perspective. With this cooperation as an opportunity, our city will take full advantage of the expertise, policy pathways, resource advantages and professional capacities of the national centre for intellectual property development in the field of intellectual property research, with a view to more open thinking, more pragmatic initiatives, the implementation of the mandate of the agreement, the effective implementation of the intellectual property chain, the acceleration of the construction of a management system that is compatible with innovation-driven development and compatible with the prevailing international rules, the creation of new hotfields of intellectual property value, the development of enterprise innovation, and the building of beautiful and happy land。
